Wasn't sure what to expect with purchasing a bed online. But Ghostbed has been great. The customer service is superb. On the website I read and researched each mattress, took the 'bed quiz' and chatted with a sales representative in the online chat, and decided on the Flex. It took a while to adjust, a few weeks, wasn't sure at first, but now I look forward to going to sleep and Thank God for my bed every night. I had a an Enso mattress before, and it was great and had served me well, but it was 12 yrs old and I was unable to find the exact one to replace it. So after lots of research on different sites I found Ghostbed... I loved the story of how Marc started the company and what he represented, and read the reviews....and decided to go with it. My main worry before committing to purchase this bed was how soft it was going to be. I don't like super soft beds and I know everyone's idea of firm is different. Needless to say, after it arrived and we spent the first night on it I was in love. It was the best, most solid sleep I have had in at least a decade. I'm definitely hooked for sure.

I absolutely love the new flex mattress. It is the perfect blend between support, comfort, springiness and coolness. The only issue I had was that it took 3 times to receive the correct mattress. With that said the customer support was excellent and very understanding. Great mattress, you won't regret purchasing the flex mattress.

I did research on new mattresses for about a week straight and end up up choosing the Ghostbed Flex. I have been using my mattress for 3 weeks now and so far I have been very satisfied. I like it a lot more than my previous memory foam mattress and it's been much more comfortable. I think I made a great choice.

We got a split king version of this mattress and adjustable base a few years ago hoping to get my husband some relief for his back pain. The results were better than we hoped for! When it was time to get a mattress for our new camper, this was the only one we considered. It’s the best sleep we’ve gotten, period. Highly recommend this mattress to anyone.

I am very disappointed by this bed, the top fabric is a satin material that causes the sheets to slip and slide. Making for an uncomfortable night readjusting sheets. Purchased the correct sheet sizes so this is the reason. The 10 calls I have made to Ghosetbed have not offered a solution or options. It’s a merry go round of telling me what size the mattress is, I know exactly the size when I bought it. Not a solution! Not listening.

I love this bed! When I lay in it I almost never wake up to toss and turn and when I do, it is amazing to feel a nice cold feeling. My husband who was a paratrooper has back issues and is 110% satisfied... which says a lot because we have tried out beds and nothing seemed to be perfect for him.

Absolutely love the flex mattress, my husband who sleeps hot as the time s now cool in fact he put a cover on the other night - it shocked me as he usually sweats and complains about being hot - meantime I'm freezing. He a has a lot of pain in his neck and back now he doesn't even notice that pain is gone in both his neck and back. Even after a long day mowing as we call it the back forty he gets up the next day. Me I just love our twin extra long mattresses, because of surgery I have to sleep sitting up and even that is more comfortable for me as I get the support of the individually wrapped coils but the cushiness of the top layer. Obviously we are both in love with the mattresses.

I like the hybrid style. After years of sleeping on all-foam mattresses, it's nice to have some bounce. My husband and I are average weight, but our last mattress was not supporting our hips anymore and this mattress has us both feeling so much better. I like a firm mattress, and this is it. It does transfer more motion than an all-foam mattress, but it's a fair trade-off.

I have suffered from a back injury for almost 30 years. This bed is AMAZING I had a good name bed previously but always would wake up sore in my hips and shoulders since I am a side sleeper but since I purchased my Ghostbed flex I have been waking up painless. Yes it took about a week for my body to readjust from all the years on my other bed but each day the pain would be less and less and now I can’t wait to get into my Ghostbed
