Mattress is great, but arrived with no paperwork in the box. I know someone who also bought one of these recently, so I know that something should have been included. A written warranty at the very least. I was told by a rep that there's no paperwork, but I know that's not true.

This bed was unfortunately far too firm for us. It is possible that the bed doesn't do well with lighter, thinner people. I am 5'6" and 115 pounds and my husband is 6'1" and 170 pounds. We slept on it for more than 30 days, but it was still a painful experience. I ended up with a back spasm and my husband had hip pain after just the first few days - and we are relatively young. After that, we had difficulty sleeping until i just couldn't take it anymore. It continued to be a painful, uncomfortable bed after more than a month of use. And this is even after putting a memory foam topper on top of this mattress. The cooling effect was not noticeable either. The return process for the mattress was relatively smooth - they arranged for it to be picked up and donated - however, they did not refund us for the "free" pillows, despite the refund manager stating that they would. The only way to get the refund is to mail the pillows back, which is also expensive. Finally, i also ordered a bed frame which took over 2 hours to put together, was unbelievably poorly made (none of the pieces of wood matched up properly and it was bowed in the middle), and really looked like someone who knows little about carpentry designed it. Ghostbed never refunded me for that, or sent me a new one despite saying that they would.

After 2+ months am quite pleased with the King Flex. It is both supportive and soft, but not mushy. As a lifelong devotee of firm to hard mattresses, I am pleasantly surprised by this one's comfort. Love the Bed frame system, which is very sturdy and easy to assemble. Will have to say that the king mattress, even in it's tight rolled up form, was quite a challenge for two of us to muscle up stairs - it's heavy! But once frame was assembled and wrapping cut, the mattress found it's true shape quickly and with little assistance. I have also purchased 2 twin xl ghostbeds and a queen. Pleased with them all.

Amazing! I did weeks of research before making my decision to purchase this mattress over other GhostBed contenders and other companies. I have gotten great rest this past month. The mix of foam and springs made this a great solution to all my sleep needs. A plus for GhostBed Flex!

We've been cycling through mattresses since 2018 trying to find the perfect one. Nothing has been perfect like this one. My husband and I both were having so much lower back, hip, and neck pain with our last mattress and we decided to really invest in our sleep with this one. 100% worth the price. We both fall asleep quickly, rest all night long, and don't wake up aching like before. We actually feel like we're in our 30s now. I'm a side/stomach sleeper, he's a stomach sleeper and we love this mattress. It's medium support and has also helped reduce snoring. When we make our next mattress purchase for our kids, it'll be with Ghost!

Coming from a higher end Sleep Number and liked what I saw and read about GhostBed so we gave it a shot. It's been almost a month and my sleep quality has been excellent. The rigidity of the sides is better than the Sleep Number by a lot and the overall comfort is on par with the SN that cost 3x what the Flex Hybrid did. I have 101 nights to be sure but I already am... Excellent quality mattress and fast (and free) delivery to my door. Set up was easy and kind of entertaining to watch it inflate itself and it has been cool and comfortable from the first night. Thanks GhostBed!

The GhostBed Flex mattress is fantastic. Just the right amount of firmness for my body and bounce for easy turning, without sinking into the foam. It took me only about three days to get used to it and have a perfectly restful sleep. No more pain in the hips and shoulders! I highly recommend the GhostBed Flex mattress. Worth every penny!

The buying process was nice. The bed is made very well, but it doesn't give at all. It is way too firm. I did a lot of research before I bought this bed. The first night that I slept on it was terrible. After about two weeks of sleeping on this bed, my back pain has gotten much worse. I also did not have neck pain prior to using this bed, but now I do. The box was quite damaged when we received it, but nothing was damaged internally. Unboxing the bed was fun and it was amazing that a king size bed could fit in such a small box. The company has been very friendly throughout the process. I like the company, but unfortunately this is not the bed for my wife an I.

After many years of trying to figure out the best mattress for me I stumbled upon an advertisement for the ghostbed and decided to do a bit of research. During the few months research I’ve learned a lot about this company whites came from and the products it offers. I convinced my significant other to give this mattress a try since it was time (way overdue) for a new sleeping surface. I’m the type of person that with the purchase of this magnitude Hass to do research and really put my hundred percent effort into purchasing and let me tell you I am not disappointed. My lower back no longer hurts and I sleep somewhat soundly throughout the night. This mattress being not the top end of the group offered still suits my needs.

I spent weeks online searching for the perfect bed and so glad I found GhostBed. It’s supportive yet soft and my husband loves the edge support. He was constantly complaining about feeling like he was falling off the edge with our last bed, but no issues with the GhostBed Flex. Overall we are both very satisfied.
