Ok people, I'm 22 years old. I've slept in three beds in my entire life. Obviously started out in a crib, moved to a twin and slept on that same mattress until about 19. Moved in with my fiance and sleeping in a king mattress until May 11th 2020 when our Split King Pro-Adapt mattresses finally arrived! We both got to the point where we were having a lot of problems in our old mattress. He has sciatic nerve issues occasionally and is always tossing and turning. I am a very light sleeper and was barely sleeping the last 3 weeks before our new mattress was delivered. The nerves in my lower legs also seem to go crazy when I am laying down so any type of movement from my fiance makes it that much more stressful especially when he thinks he has to launch hmself in and out of bed in the middle of the night lol. It was miserable! We decided to get a firm split king because of our different needs though we both wanted a firm mattress and I had read previous reviews where some people no longer felt their partner move around so that really made me want a split king. We decided to pair it with the Ergo adjustable base (Separate review.. life changing) and it took over a month to get everything delivered but finally low and behold we are sleeping better! Love me a firm mattress! Our old one just felt too soft and I couldn't seem to find a position where my body truley felt relaxed. I barely feel him moving around and the nerves in my legs have calmed down so much I would assume due to now I sleep wih the bottom end of the mattress lifted (Thanks Ergo base)! I have been sleeping better though still having some issues on night where I just can't sleep. I am getting ready to buy some new pillows from here that I think will work with the mattress and base and completely fix all of my problems! If you get a firm, once you set it up, it will feel really hard but don't be alarmed! That will change when it warms up to the temp of the room. When we set it up and sat on it, we looked at each other like uhhhhhhh this is like laying on cement and we were hoping we didn't just make a giant mistake lol but nope it was perfect once it warmed up! Only thing that kind of sucks is that I read you shouldn't use heated blankets on the mattress. I have been using a heated blanket the passed 2 years since my feet can't ever get warm. They are always freezing cold at night and would cramp up in the middle of the night so I'm having a lot more cramping now but it's a small price to pay. I think I just need a better comforter. Overall, I love this mattress and am trying to convince my parents they should get one too! Was well worth the money! You spend a big portion of your life in bed. Might as well be comfy! All of my future bed products will now be purchased through Tempur-Pedic!

I've been using this for several months now and as a result the back pain and problems I have experienced have been Reduced to the point where I'm not in pain most of the time unlike before now. In 2 years I've gone through 4 beds. Tempurpedic is my 5th and last. It was a daunting journey after having a bed for 23yrs and it was time for a new one. The problem was trying to adapt to all the new memory foam beds after being on a traditional bed. All I can say is stick with it for at least 2 months. Your body will eventually adapt. With my first foam bed 2 years ago it took me 6 months to adapt. Then I traded it in for a different foam bed due to a defect and that bed caused a major hip injury to flare up. Now 2 beds later I have the Temperpedic and I wish it was my first foam bed. Have to say Temperpedic's foam is completely different than any other I have slept on in the last 2 years. It took me about 4 weeks to adapt and I just stuck with it and now I can't wait to crawl into bed! It's a feeling I can't describe it's just different and my hip is finally happy. My husband also loves it!! I wont go back to any other bed!

This mattress seemed fantastic in the store and not at all too firm. First night it was extremely firm(hard). Have been sleeping on it three weeks and it is still extremely hard. Wake up with sore back, ribs, hips and shoulders. I would not recommend. Plan to return it after the 30 days. In the meantime cannot last more than an hour on this bed before moving to another room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First time Tempurpedic owner. I wasn't sure I wanted to go away from a traditional spring mattress. Enter the Hybrid. Lower back pain is gone. I don't wake up stiff anymore. If I stay anywhere else I miss this bed and can't wait to get home.

We bought our first Tempur-Pedic bed 12 years ago. The foam started to sink and became very uncomfortable. After looking at other beds for months, my husband and I came back to Tempur-Pedic and tried the Tempur-Pedic Pro Adapt Firm bed and that was it. We love our new bed. If you have back problems like my husband and I, we suggest a firm bed. Soft tends to sink after a year or so.....Thank you Tempur-Pedic for making a great bed.

It is very supportive and soft at the same time. Very helpful for my husband's bad back. Great delivery service as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mattress was delivered as expected. Didn't have too much of a memory foam smell/smell dissipated quickly. Very comfortable to sleep on. I'd had a full memory foam Tempur-Pedic mattress in the past. The new hybrid is definitely better for me though. The increased edge support in particular is nice so I don't feel like I'm falling off the bed when I'm close to the edge.
