This bed was unfortunately far too firm for us. It is possible that the bed doesn't do well with lighter, thinner people. I am 5'6" and 115 pounds and my husband is 6'1" and 170 pounds. We slept on it for more than 30 days, but it was still a painful experience. I ended up with a back spasm and my husband had hip pain after just the first few days - and we are relatively young. After that, we had difficulty sleeping until i just couldn't take it anymore. It continued to be a painful, uncomfortable bed after more than a month of use. And this is even after putting a memory foam topper on top of this mattress. The cooling effect was not noticeable either. The return process for the mattress was relatively smooth - they arranged for it to be picked up and donated - however, they did not refund us for the "free" pillows, despite the refund manager stating that they would. The only way to get the refund is to mail the pillows back, which is also expensive. Finally, i also ordered a bed frame which took over 2 hours to put together, was unbelievably poorly made (none of the pieces of wood matched up properly and it was bowed in the middle), and really looked like someone who knows little about carpentry designed it. Ghostbed never refunded me for that, or sent me a new one despite saying that they would.

I slept in a Ghost Bed mattress at the Lizzie Borden House when I was on an Investigation Vacation & I immediately knew I had to have one! I was literally in the airport on my way home when I placed my order. This has been the best mattress I have ever slept on, I also ordered the Ghost Bed Memory Foam Queen pillow, I no longer toss & turn at night. I suffer from migraines a lot, I usually wake up with them, but ever since Ghost Bed & pillow I haven’t woken up with a single migraine or neck ache! I would give this 10 stars if I could, it truly changed my sleep life!

I ordered this bed, I couldn’t wait to break it in, got it unboxed and opened. Set it up and the mattress just puffed up and rose to form. It’s firm but not to firm, it’s easy to turn over and move from position to position. Also it sleeps well. Cool and comfortable and has completely decreased my back pain and corrected my ED. Great bed. Highly recommend.

My partner and I have very different sleeping preferences but this, absolutely, has made a world of difference towards “meeting in the middle”. We upgraded from an older queen mattress so the roominess is absolutely wonderful, as is the feel of the mattress itself. We waited to see how we felt about the mattress before we went towards purchasing the base but we’re so excited to add both to our home. The pillows are some of the best I’ve ever felt, but I’m able to sleep with or without a pillow on this dream bed!

The bed is so so soft . It keeps cool throughout the night. I have been getting alot more sleep than i did in the past. Worth every penny. And yea its so dangerously comfy that i have trouble getting myself to get out of bed. I no longer have aches or pains when i get up. The sheets i got from them are really nice the pillows are about as soft as the bed. I would like to see ghost bed to do their own blankets and comforter sets i bet those would make it even better

After doing a lot of research on what matress to buy, I decided on the ghostbed flex. Initially I thought it was too soft. But now I think I'm used to it and have gotten good sleep! I think it would be best or most supportive for back sleepers (I am not) because when I lay on my back it feels great. Side sleeping feels better than stomach. Sleeping with someone, if you are both in the middle, you sink a little toward each other, which I don't like, but being I got a king, I can just move over. I do wish there was a firmer bed option offered by ghostbed, but I think I like the flex so far.

Took me 7 days to adjust to this mattress, but now I wouldn't give it up. Great night sleep, don't want to get out of bed, not hot sleeping, just comfy cozy. We bought the split king with adjustable beds to go with it. We love out Ghost Flex Mattress & adjustable bed. Wonderful quality & workmanship, hard to believe it came out of a box!

I purchased the Flex as a mattress for my guest room. Since I have no idea if my guests will be side, back or stomach sleepers I needed a bed to meet all types of sleepers. I found the Flex to be the perfect choice. And when we had work on our master bedroom we slept on the Flex for 3 weeks enjoying every night of sleep. Great bed from a great company.

After sleeping on this bed for 2 months, we absolutely love it (as we did from day 1). I did a lot of research and really wanted something that would work for both my husband (side sleeper) and myself (back sleeper). The support is the key - you sink in to the mattress just enough to be cozy, yet it still feels firm and supportive. It's the best of both worlds with the hybrid flex. Highly recommend!

The mattress is far more comfortable than my last one (purple) but, I was a bit disappointed. It’s very hot and sinks a lot. The delivery was a joke. When I received the bed via fedex the box was completely destroyed cardboard barely hanging on luckily the mattress was ok. I expected better customer service. Warranty is a joke.
