This mattress gives the support with the comfort needed when arms and shoulders hurt from sleeping on your side. It does not completely cure all of the hurting , but it is better than the Serta I comfort mattress we had been sleeping on the last five years. It is soft with a firm under lay that keeps you on a level plain. I didn't think it would be better than what we had, but I was wrong. This mattress has improved my night sleep. I've had my Pro-Adapt Soft mattress for nearly 6 weeks, and I'm still just sleeping on top of it. It's not conforming to my body at all. I tried walking on it daily to break it in more quickly, but that didn't seem to make a difference. My shoulders get sore when I sleep on my sides, and my back hurts in the morning. I would definitely say it's not worth the cost.

For the most part, I like the feel of the mattress. I sleep soundly, at least when I can sleep. The biggest issue is that this thing is an oven. It absorbs and holds body heat until I wake up in a boiling sweat, usually around 3:00 in the morning. If I get out of bed and let it cool down for a half hour or so, then I can make it till morning. But by then the night's sleep is ruined. This was my first memory foam, and will likely be my last.

The first night I slept in my new bed I went right to sleep. No tossing an turning absolute comfort. I just had my hips replaced and had a great deal of trouble sleeping. This is the first time I awoke with no headache or backache. I just love it an it makes me want to go to bed earlier than I use to.

We purchased the King PROADAPT 2.0 and the ERGO 3.0 Base and have not been disappointed. Both are made of quality materials and function perfectly together. We checked out other brands but are extremely pleased we settled on Tempurpedic after our son and daughter-in-law recounted their satisfaction with their purchase of the 2021 version of these two pieces.

It has quality craftsmanship that shows. The top is memory foam and takes the shape of your body when you lie down on it. There is zero movement of the mattress for those who roll around during the night. The only downside could be that this is a REALLY firm mattress. Even though we prefer a firm mattress, we found that a mattress topper was needed.

When Tempur-Pedic says Firm, they really do mean Firm. It may take a few nights of sleep, to get use it. One thing that really made a difference, we purchased the Tempur-Pedic sheets. I'm 57 years old and for 25 years I woke up with lower back pain, literately had to grab my knee to get out of bed every single morning. I accepted that it was just going to be that way the rest of my life. My wife talked me into this mattress and i hesitantly went for it. In retrospect, the best move I ever made. Well, our choice was Firm, and it is. It feels like a bench when you first sit on it, but in a few seconds you sink in just enough to be cradled. A perfect balance of 'no saggy spots' and 'no pressure on shoulders, hips, or knees. The other treat is that when either I or my wife get up (in the night) or first out of bed, the mattress does not move/jiggle. You don't know the other has gone - and you just keep sleeping. Our previous mattresses were top quality, but with springs. This one doesn't flex like that - which is great.

We love the bed. Haven't slept this well in years. My husband isn't snoring as much or I'm sleeping so much better I don't hear him. I don't wake up every two hours turning because I no longer hurt!! I could never lay on on side to long as my hip and knee would hurt. That's gone. What I blamed on back problems for years was 80% bed problems. Best money we've ever spent.
