This mattress is comfortable and is almost firm enough for us. What brings it down from an A is we know that after 5-10 years this mattress that is already not firm enough will be even softer and uncomfortable. We were told this is the most firm mattress sold by Tempurpedic. :(

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a tempur-pedic before and when it came time to replace the mattress I knew it would be another. The firm is spectacular and feels so nice. If you like the feel of the bed when it's cold out then that is how the firm is permanently. Highly recommend it! I fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer than I did even on my prior tempur-pedic which was a "medium."

The very first night we slept on the new bed, we couldn't believe the comfort. We don't feel each other's movements at all! I wasn't sure how I would like the "Firm," but my husband and I are happy to say we love it. Wish we had bought a Tempur-Pedic years ago!

So far I am still trying to get used to the mattress. It's not good or bad, just totally different from anything I've slept on. The associate at the store said to give it 30 days to get used to and I always thought you either like something or you don't but I'm trying to be patient, we're about 3 weeks in. My husband is adjusting much easier than I am.

It used to take me forever to fall asleep and I would toss and turn throughout the night, often waking up throughout the night. I also used to suffer from shoulder pain (but I thought it was me maybe not wearing proper shoes or carrying to ​many things in my bag) After I was gifted the ProAdapt Mattress system from Tempur-Pedic, I fall asleep faster, stay asleep longer, and my shoulder pain was gone after only a fe​​​w weeks.

Ok people, I'm 22 years old. I've slept in three beds in my entire life. Obviously started out in a crib, moved to a twin and slept on that same mattress until about 19. Moved in with my fiance and sleeping in a king mattress until May 11th 2020 when our Split King Pro-Adapt mattresses finally arrived! We both got to the point where we were having a lot of problems in our old mattress. He has sciatic nerve issues occasionally and is always tossing and turning. I am a very light sleeper and was barely sleeping the last 3 weeks before our new mattress was delivered. The nerves in my lower legs also seem to go crazy when I am laying down so any type of movement from my fiance makes it that much more stressful especially when he thinks he has to launch hmself in and out of bed in the middle of the night lol. It was miserable! We decided to get a firm split king because of our different needs though we both wanted a firm mattress and I had read previous reviews where some people no longer felt their partner move around so that really made me want a split king. We decided to pair it with the Ergo adjustable base (Separate review.. life changing) and it took over a month to get everything delivered but finally low and behold we are sleeping better! Love me a firm mattress! Our old one just felt too soft and I couldn't seem to find a position where my body truley felt relaxed. I barely feel him moving around and the nerves in my legs have calmed down so much I would assume due to now I sleep wih the bottom end of the mattress lifted (Thanks Ergo base)! I have been sleeping better though still having some issues on night where I just can't sleep. I am getting ready to buy some new pillows from here that I think will work with the mattress and base and completely fix all of my problems! If you get a firm, once you set it up, it will feel really hard but don't be alarmed! That will change when it warms up to the temp of the room. When we set it up and sat on it, we looked at each other like uhhhhhhh this is like laying on cement and we were hoping we didn't just make a giant mistake lol but nope it was perfect once it warmed up! Only thing that kind of sucks is that I read you shouldn't use heated blankets on the mattress. I have been using a heated blanket the passed 2 years since my feet can't ever get warm. They are always freezing cold at night and would cramp up in the middle of the night so I'm having a lot more cramping now but it's a small price to pay. I think I just need a better comforter. Overall, I love this mattress and am trying to convince my parents they should get one too! Was well worth the money! You spend a big portion of your life in bed. Might as well be comfy! All of my future bed products will now be purchased through Tempur-Pedic!

This is a mixed review of the Pro-adapt medium hybrid mattress. My husband is very pleased with it. I do not find it as soft as the model we tried out in the store. I wake up most mornings with pain in my back and hips that I did not have as often with my old mattress. I feel we will be purchasing a topper (another expense) of some sort in the future to make it better for me. Hopefully it will be still comfortable for him. I also do not like that I cannot sit on the side of the bed to put my slippers on in the morning. It slides me right off the bed.

I was hesitant buying this as a big investment and afraid it wasn't going to live up to the expectations. Background: I have substantial lower back and neck problems/chronic pain and I am a bad sleeper waking up several times a night. Do I still wake up a lot? Yes. But I do feel my sleep I do get is better, I toss and turn less and my body hurts less waking up in the morning. Not the total change I was hoping for but defenitely a huge improvements and happy with our purchase!

Plain and simple this bed is the best. Obviously you should still try it your self because everyone likes different comfort and support levels. For us this was the best bed we could find. My wife and I dont wake up when one of us get in or out of the bed like our old mattress, we don't wake up in the middle of the night, we don't toss and turn as much, and even if we don't get a lot of sleep we feel so much better when we wake up compared to our old mattress. Yes it was very expensive but well worth the investment.

We just got our mattress delivered today and cannot wait to use it for the first time! I know we need to give it about 30 days to fully adjust and be comfortable, but so far it looks and operates well! We haven't been sleeping well at all for days now and I know it will be a wonderful experience!
