This is the best mattress I have ever owned. I don't wake up in the middle of the night anymore and I don't have a backache in the morning anymore. Only problem is the height of the frame. I have to have a small step stool next to the bed to get up on it. I wish the frame was a few inches lower.

I was a big advocate of Tempur Pedic until now. I bought an advantage firm mattress 9 years ago. I loved it until it began to severely sag over the past year. They have a 10 year full replacement warranty. Warranty department said they will cover it but want to replace it with a medium support and if I want a firm support they will charge me $1700.00 for an upgrade. I don't want an upgrade I want firm replaced with firm. That is all I want. The difference between the mattress they approved(adapt medium) and the pro adapt firm is $800.00 retail. I offered to pay that but they refuse. They want $1700.00. This is not a warranty at all. The mattress they approved is not the most like my mattress because it is not firm. When I explain that to customer service they are very rude. So very disappointing.

Going from a coil mattress for 25 years to an all foam mattress was the best decision I ever made. Was a little skeptical going with the soft over the medium mattress but glad I went with soft. It is very cozy and comfortable. I wake up refreshed and better than ever thanks to my new Tempur-Pedic! The only negative would be the price but you definitely get what you pay for. Overall, I'm 100% satisfied and see myself buying Tempur-Pedic mattresses going forward.

We have owned 3 TEMPUR- PEDIC mattresses, our first one purchased in 2004. It was the best mattress we ever owned. I would like to see the old ones brought back. Next one was too soft, so we bought this one. For me, it's too hard and too high. We are getting older and it's hard to get in bed with the height. We own an adjustable base, would like to see a base that allows me to control how high the bed is.

This mattress was a replacement for a warranty issue that we had with our previous Pro-Adapt. The very first night we slept on this mattress, we noted how "hot" the mattress was. We never had an issue with the temperature, with our previous mattress. In fact, the bedding on the mattress was exactly the same bedding that we used with the new mattress. Since that first night, we have had numerous issues with the temperature of the mattress. Either my wife or myself have been kicking the "lighter" bedding off of us during the night, in order to sleep. I reached out to one of your customer care agents to discuss the issue we were having, and that agent forwarded our complaints to someone other than herself. We received an e-mail a few days later, stating that the mattress was a warranty replacement and that we were "stuck" with the mattress. "There is nothing that Tempurpedic will do at this time"! We paid an additional amount of money for the mattress that the warranty did not cover and at this point, I am greatly considering replacing the mattress with another product. This is not our first Tempuric Mattress that we owned and at this point in time it might be my last. You are not standing behind your product and I am sure that this review posted on Social Media will surely sway others from purchasing a mattress from your company. It stays cool for about 15 minutes. I love the comfort, but the mattress tends to get to warm. We bought this bed because some of the medications I'm on for my cancer cause night sweats and I thought it would stay cool most of the night. My best night of sleep so far was about 5 hours. Most nights it's 3 hours.

It is much more comfortable than the hybrid and coil mattresses I have had in the past so far. We also purchased the adjustable base which I highly recommend. Does help with snoring and helps relieve pressure on back and neck.

Due to our aging mattress, we decided to purchase the King Tempur-Pedic ProAdapt Medium Hybrid & standard Tempur-Pedic 2x Twin Base. This was the best decision ever. Our bed has strong edge support, zero motion & super comfy. After 30 days my wife & I are sleeping better than we ever have. We both sleep very sound and feel well rested each morning. We also purchased Tempur-Pedic pillows and sheets. Both are 100% recommended ! A mattress is used every day of our lives, why wouldn't you want to buy the very BEST !

We purchased the Pro Adapt soft mattress after trying one at the local store. Once delivered the labels show it to be the same one but this one is very firm / hard. My wife has back issues and this is making it worse, not better. After a couple months of no change, we have made arrangements with the store to replace it with a different mattress - not Tempurpedic. We had a Tempurpedic years ago but this one was not like it was. Very disappointed.

My boyfriend and I had recently moved to a new apartment and had our mattress damaged during the moving process. We needed a mattress and fast! We tried every mattress in the store and could not find something we liked until on our way out we laid down on the Tempur-ProAdapt Soft. It was like no other mattress in the store! It was extremely comfortable, minimal to no motion transfer, and the best support. After going to about 5 different mattress stores and laying down on over 75 beds we returned to purchase the Tempur-ProAdapt Soft. We have had this mattress for a month now and I have had the best sleep ever. My back feels amazing when I wake up in the morning, I can't feel my partner move around in the middle of the night, and I never want to leave my bed. If anyone has trouble deciding if they want this mattress based on the price, it will be worth every penny! I will forever be sleeping on a Tempur-Pedic mattress! Also don't forget to purchase a pair of Tempur-Pedic pillows to go with this amazing bed.
