[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our TEMPUR-ProAdapt™ Medium Hybrid!!. Delivered right to our bedroom. Firm and supportive mattress. I have a problem with my lower disks in my back and was experiencing pain with our previous mattress. I have been sleeping great with our new TEMPUR-PEDIC. No pain...yes!!!!

We bought this mattress in hopes of spending the extra money on Tempurpedic to have life changing sleep. After 5 months we realized the mattress was still very firm, back breaking firm. We ordered the mattress in the winter and was told by the sales associate that the mattress would need to "warm up" to break it in. It's well past the break in period and also past the sleep trial period so unfortunately we are left with this hard mattress. I was in denial that it could be our brand new mattress causing my back and shoulder pain so I switched pillows, went to chiropractor, tried yoga nothing helped! Until I went on vacation and slept in a hotel plush bed and for those 2 nights my back pain disappeared so I know it's our mattress. I feel douped because our mattress is not as body hugging as when we laid on it in the store. We lay in our bed and it feels like a brick. Maybe luxury does not equal comfort.

This is my 3rd Tempur-Pedic mattress, as the others tended to be transported into guest rooms for their enjoyment! I have had multiple knee surgeries, sinus, Achilles' tendon issues. I hike over 100 miles per month. I started out with the original mattress about 2006, then switched to a softer one 5 years later after surgery. I moved recently and sold the mattresses, and everyone wants to buy even a used Tempur-Pedic mattress. I bought the Pro-Adapt because of my activity and age (66). Love it. Never disappointed in their mattresses. I advise to go into a store, take an hour and try out the varieties. You won't be disappointed. Invest in yourself and your body.

For me, it does help my back pain because I been having back pain for a long time. This products does help me support my back while i'm sleeping on it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so ecstatic to receive this mattress for free in exchange for my honest opinion. I have always struggled to find a comfortable mattress as a side and stomach sleeper who has back and hip issues. With my previous mattress, I would wake up each morning with aches and pains, particularly in my lower back and hips. I have slept on this Tempur-Pro Adapt Medium Hybrid for several nights now and I have been shocked by how refreshed I have been feeling in the morning. My back is feeling much better throughout the day and I've not had to take any pain relief medication since switching to this mattress. I really like the combination of both coils and the TEMPUR material. I feel like it really does adapt to my body to relieve pressure in all the right places to help alleviate that pain I was feeling. I also have noticed that I don't get as hot at night, which I think is due to the "cooling technology" in the outer layer (which I have learned is removable and machine washable!!) My husband has also mentioned that my snoring has improved and I'm not tossing and turning all night long like "a fish out of water" in his words. He has loved the improvement in his sleep as well. Overall, I am a huge fan of this mattress and planning to now purchase one for my mother who has similar sleep issues as I suffered from. I will be sure to update my review in a few months and also share my mom's experience.

Great mattress sleep much better at night!! Only issue is the sheets do not stay on. I thought it was the$170 mattress protector that was slipping the sheets off. But it wasn't. They continue to fall off every night. I have the extra deep pocketed sheets too....

Bought this bed with high hopes, unfortunately after sleeping on it for 5 months I absolutely hate it. I wake up every morning and feel like I was punched all over. I had some back pain a year ago that finally went away, after sleeping on this bed at first all the pain came back and had to start physical therapy again. I hate this mattress.

We bought a queen size mattress because that's what fit into our existing furniture. The edge support is poor so you can't sleep close to the edge. That makes a queen size feel smaller than it actually is. The mattress is also warm. We were supposed to get a cooling mattress pad and pillows but they've been on backorder for 3 weeks.

My husband and I LOVE our new bed and base!! His back and hips sleep more comfortably than they have in years and he can get out of bed easily again. I love being cooler when sleeping...no more sweating all night for the first time in decades. Worth every penny!

Purchased mattress in 2020 and still too firm. The mattress I tried in the store was not this firm despite being the same model. I have tried everything, including a mattress topper which just made it too hot. After a couple years now, I still can't sleep well, waking up with back, hip, and should pain that I only have after sleeping in the bed. Unless you like a very firm bed, don't bother. I have the soft model and it has never been soft.
