It's pretty clear that my husband and I LOVE this brand, all around! Before we had decided to buy the ProAdapt Firm mattress, we used one of the first models of the Cloud and enjoyed it for almost ten years. After purchasing the ProAdapt, we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the mattress pad and covering provided, and are confident to say that it is worth every penny spent! The Firm hardness is perfect for the both of us and we've had no trouble sleeping since. While in the process of moving house, we had a problem and had to utilize the mattress warranty. The customer strive was very responsive and was quick to replace the product with pickup included. The delivery guys were also very friendly. We would definitely buy from them again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you for the complimentary mattress! I have been using this mattress since I received it, and must say, my back aches are completely gone. This was the first time trying a tempur pedic mattress, so I was unsure about how my back would take to it, but it has been the best change. The mattress is firm enough to where you don't sink in, but soft enough to where it kind of molds to the body. It's amazing.

This mattress is proving to be much more comfortable than my previous one that was Extra Firm. The mattress give complete support while being much more comfortable to sleep on. I always look forward to going to bed because I know I'll be sleep comfortably every time. I've also noticed my existing bedding fits this mattress as well or better as it is slightly small length and width while being 2 inches deeper. I do need to retuck the top sheet in again every morning after I get out of bed. It is a little more challenging to make my bed as I have to push the bedding around and under the hoop at the foot. I was told I could remove the mattress outer cover and wash it but it will be at least a two or perhaps a three person job as the Mattress is heavier than my previous one and it is not ridgid so it is more difficult to handle. There are four handles attached to the bottom of the mattress outer cover, two on either side to help.

Let me just start by saying that this mattress has literally changed my life. I used to sleep on a traditional spring mattress (that was over 10 years old). I would wake up everyday in pain and not have a restful nights sleep. I could never get comfortable no matter how hard I tried and my sciatica didn't help. I finally decided to break down and try a Tempur-pedic mattress and I'm so glad I did! I fall asleep instantly and wake up refreshed. Plus, I wake up up without any pain ready to take on the day! I can't imagine my life without this mattress! It's the best investment I've made!

This mattress is way too hard it's like you sleeping on top of a exam table. They tell me was hard because it wasn't broken so they told me I need to walked on it so I did for weeks then they told me it was hard because my house was cool so I put a heating blanket on it I've had it nine months and the bed is just as hard as the day buy it... I HATE this mattress.....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Awesome mattress, we got the soft in king size. It's funny because even the cats slightly sink into the mattress when they're sleeping on it. We've completely relocated our biggest tv and gaming consoles to the bedroom because nothing is as comfy. Definitely get an adjustable base to go along with it to get the full experience. 4 out of 5 stars because my girlfriend wishes it was softer, she's petite and I guess that could be why her experience is slightly different than mine. We got the king size because we were both used to sleeping on queen size mattresses by ourselves, so sharing one together wasn't a pleasant experience since we both stretch out and sleep in "odd" positions. Other than the softness level for her, I think this bed suits our needs perfectly.

This is the first new bed my husband has every slept on. He is almost 50 years old and has only had hand me down or used mattresses his whole life. I finally convinced him to slurge on a new bed. It was a huge gamble to give up a well known old mattress to try a mattress that we hoped would suit both of our desires for firmness/softness. My husband and I are two different sizes and require two different needs for support. Being a chronic pain and orthopedic patient between the two of us, this bed was definitely up for the challenge. My husband was skeptical, but we both decided to use our FitBit sleep analysis to compare. Both of us saw an immediate change in our sleep quality, both technologically and just feeling better. I've never had a tempur pedic but my husband has, and he was most impressed with the extra layer of support the Pro-Adapt provides. I'm not only waking up with deeper rest, but I don't have the extra stiffness that a poorly supported mattress gives me. This is an excellent choice if you're in between firmness/softness desires, and the extra support (not necessarily more firm, literally support) is phenomenal. 10 out of 5 stars if possible.

At first I went in to just check them out. I wanted to lay on a tempurpedic mattress since for ever. Paul sure knows how to make you feel comfortable without any pressure to buying. Somehow did not like the medium pro adapt and moved on to the firm, and it was love at first Lay Wow it was amazing I tried all the tempurpedics they had and none of them made me feel so good like the PROADAPT-FIRM. IM VERY HAPPY WITH THE PURCHASE. I was told it was going to rock hard when we first get it in. So I was not surprised when I laid on my new bed. I was prepared for it. It's been a little over 2months now. Not too hard anymore. Its white comfortable for even my husband. No, I still toss and turn. I still have to turn to my side to fall asleep, but once I am I sleep very well on my back and feel restful in the morning. I am aware it will be alot longer before I feel this bed as good as I felt the showroom mattress. Hope to get new tempura for my kids in near future. No regrets, hot my bed of my dreams.

I have slept on a mattress for about six years that I have completely hated. So when choosing this mattress I wanted to be careful. It is always hard in a show room to know if a mattress will be comfortable all night, every night. I am still trying to figure correct adjustments and that could be why. I do like that we have the option to trade if we are not satisfied. We chose the medium because I was having problems with our last mattress causing pain because it was too firm. Maybe we will end up trding to the soft.
