This mattress was a replacement for a warranty issue that we had with our previous Pro-Adapt. The very first night we slept on this mattress, we noted how "hot" the mattress was. We never had an issue with the temperature, with our previous mattress. In fact, the bedding on the mattress was exactly the same bedding that we used with the new mattress. Since that first night, we have had numerous issues with the temperature of the mattress. Either my wife or myself have been kicking the "lighter" bedding off of us during the night, in order to sleep. I reached out to one of your customer care agents to discuss the issue we were having, and that agent forwarded our complaints to someone other than herself. We received an e-mail a few days later, stating that the mattress was a warranty replacement and that we were "stuck" with the mattress. "There is nothing that Tempurpedic will do at this time"! We paid an additional amount of money for the mattress that the warranty did not cover and at this point, I am greatly considering replacing the mattress with another product. This is not our first Tempuric Mattress that we owned and at this point in time it might be my last. You are not standing behind your product and I am sure that this review posted on Social Media will surely sway others from purchasing a mattress from your company. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Huge thank you to Tempur-Pedic for gifting me this mattress in exchange for my honest review. I generally prefer a soft/medium mattress and my husband likes the bed on the firmer side. We got the Temper-ProAdapt in medium and have both been very comfortable. When you first lay on it, the mattress feels quite firm (to me) but gently forms to your body and feels very supportive. It doesn't feel like you are sinking into the mattress, it is still comfortable to move or turn. And it was immediately comfortable from the first night. It also seems to stay cooler than our last mattress, we both sleep warm so that is a huge plus. We've also experienced little to no movement transfer, neither of us stirs when the other gets into our out of bed, which is really important because we aren't always on the same schedule. I also really appreciate that the mattress is very light. I like to keep our sheets really tight, so I lift each corner of the mattress and it is SO much lighter than our old mattress. I've been a side sleeper for my whole life and try sleeping on my back from time to time because I hear it is better for us and this mattress is the most comfortable I've been sleeping on my back. The delivery process was easy to set up and the gentlemen who brought it were pleasant and professional. It's been a couple of weeks and we are loving our mattress!

Three months ago I purchased a Tempur-pedic adjustable bed and a very soft non-Tempur-pedic mattress (I always liked soft mattresses, and I'm a stomach sleeper). Perhaps it was the fact that I'm no longer young, perhaps the mattress in question was too soft, I don't know, what I know is that I had a terrible time sleeping in it. My back ached terribly. After 3 weeks I went back to the store to exchange it for a Tempur-pedic. After trying the medium and the firm, I decided to try the latter. It's been 2 months since I've been sleeping in it, and I can say it was one of the best choices I've made in my life. It took a couple of weeks for me to break-in the mattress, but once this beauty and I got to understand each other, our relationship has been wonderful. I haven't felt lumbar pain ever since, and the best of all is that I CONTINUE TO SLEEP ON MY STOMACH! It's a miracle, really.

The mattress was okay but very foamy, such that if you roll around during the night, you will be working with the initial impression that your body left. Also, I have a bad lower back and found it didn't provide enough support (I'm 5'4", 113lbs). I did get the ergo base and love that. The only way to improve that would be to have a timer set so that after falling asleep it would revert to the regular position.

We needed another bed but we only wanted one like the original one we purchased years ago. The Tempur-ProAdapt has met that standard! And we love it! Expensive but worth every penny!

We always love tempurpedic mattresses for their quality and great for our backs. We are waiting for our cal king mattress to wear out so we can replace it with another tempurpedic mattress soon.

We wanted one a bit more plush and this one seemed to be the best choice. At first, my husband thought it was too soft but we quickly got used to it and are finding it to be very comfortable! We also purchased the foundation to go along with it and all is good. I'm a fan!

My Tempur-ProAdapt Firm mattress is so extremely comfortable. For the first time in a long time I'm sleeping through the night and waking up without pain. This is a luxurious mattress. The only slight drawback is that it's much higher than my previous Tempurpedic mattress, making it a little difficult for a shorter person to get into & out of bed. Still, I absolutely love this mattress!

Before we purchased this mattress, I would wake up after about 3-4 hours with very sore hips. I don't have that anymore. I sleep through the entire night very comfortably. We bought the split king and really like that we can roll around and not disturb the other person.
