this is our first king size Tempur-pedic and we love it! The firm yet supple feeling is what we like the most-plus having the extra room with a king size offers is even better. We also have the remote adjustable platform which comes in very handy as well. We will have this for many years I'm sure

I generally prefer a soft/medium mattress and my husband likes the bed on the firmer side. We got the Temper-ProAdapt in medium and have both been very comfortable. When you first lay on it, the mattress feels quite firm (to me) but gently forms to your body and feels very supportive. It doesn't feel like you are sinking into the mattress, it is still comfortable to move or turn. And it was immediately comfortable from the first night. It also seems to stay cooler than our last mattress, we both sleep warm so that is a huge plus. We've also experienced little to no movement transfer, neither of us stirs when the other gets into our out of bed, which is really important because we aren't always on the same schedule. I also really appreciate that the mattress is very light. I like to keep our sheets really tight, so I lift each corner of the mattress and it is SO much lighter than our old mattress. I've been a side sleeper for my whole life and try sleeping on my back from time to time because I hear it is better for us and this mattress is the most comfortable I've been sleeping on my back. The delivery process was easy to set up and the gentlemen who brought it were pleasant and professional. It's been a couple of weeks and we are loving our mattress!

For the price and the fact that I ordered the mattress in soft, the bed still feels really firm and not at all like the ones displayed in the showroom. I woke up with aches the next day. I had to get a mattress topper to try and add some give to the mattress but again, there are plenty of options out there that will give the same results without the exhorbitant price.

My husband and I purchased a Tempurpedic Mattress and box springs 9+ years ago. Recently we started having problems with the mattress sagging. I called the company and they couldn't have been better! My husband and I purchased the pro-adapt mattress. My husband works on cars and I'm in the dental field so we strain our bodies everyday. We get regular massages but our back always seemed to ache. This mattress is a great investment for our bodies. We are no longer waking up with back pain! Love this bed!
