[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Corners were bubbled up, and there were waves along the sides. Customer Servuce Rep was hostile and dismissive. It took filing a warranty claim and threatening to return all 3 purchased mattresses to get a replacement of the 1 defective mattress.

Our new Tempur-LuxeAdapt moved semi-restful nights to superb rest in one night. We had slept on a Tempurpedic at our daughter's home-she has two and one in her guest room-which convinced us we needed to replace our 15 year old mattress with one like hers, and we are so thankful we chose to do so!
