Slept on it for the last month with the adjustable base flat and had a lower back ache every morning except for the weekend when I switched to the guest room with a full size spare bed. Do not have a back ache when going to bed.

It took a couple of weeks to get ourselves used to the new mattress, but now that we are it's wonderful. My knee and back are not sore when I wake up. My wife's back is better as well. Well worth the price!

Have used this mattress approximately one month. The feel is more comfortable than our previous Tempur-Pedic mattress but missed the summer season to check the concern regarding the hotness of a Tempur-Pedic mattress.

Very comfortable, hips and shoulders feel better than ever! Can also sit on edge of bed without it sagging. It's a high mattress at 13" which makes overall height from floor on my current bed frame 30".
