My daughter who is now 9 has Down Syndrome among other issues and as a result still has wetting issues, not only night but day as well. We have been using these for several years now and I must say they are absolutely sensational and she wears them at all times instead of underwear as she doesn't wet daily but it is a random thing. They are very quiet, both in movement and when she wets so no one else knows, this is what she really loves because she frequently plays with friends and at school and such and even when she invites her friends over for sleepovers. They are also very good at keeping her gas quiet as well, unfortunately due to some of her issues she gets to be quite gassy some days and when we had her in pull ups and such before she would always complain very emotionally "Mommy The Diapers Make My Toots Too Loud!!!!!" LOL With Goodnites however, not only does she not have to worry about when she wets herself, she can "Toot" away without everybody around her noticing too which is great because she would get just as embarrassed and upset about "Tooting" around her friends as she would wetting herself, LOL. All in all they work wonders and we will continue to use them for as long as needed. A friend who uses them for her special needs child however stated that her child is about to outgrow the large and would love it if larger sizes were made so that they could continue using them. Could be user error though or the XL is just the perfect size instead of the xxl. She said she was more comfortable in XXL though. Contained her mess completely which is excellent though. Think we will stick with the XL and have them a bit tight on her. Was worth the try though!

my lil girl loves these for bed. the only problem we have is that she just had to go up from the S/M to the M/L and now she cant get the ones with tinkerbell on them anymore. shes so sad. I wish that they would at least have the opposition of tinkerbell in the bigger size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pleasantly surprised by the great quality of Goodnights nighttime underwear. They have stretch to them which makes them very comfortable to wear. I didn't have any issues with leaking at all. One of the features I love is the velcro sides, they make it easy to get the perfect fit.

My 11 year old was mortified when I suggested she wear one of these. They look like diapers mom, look at the baby pictures on them....These do not appeal to tweens. There has to be a way to make these look more mature. Thank you for the opportunity Influenster.

It's certainly a potential point of contention, regardless of the reason: Diaper yes? Diaper no? In my case it was a proverbial relief. Involuntary hair loss is always undesirable, regardless of age and gender, and the reasons for it are also very different. There are many different products for such situations, in all sizes and shapes, but they are often very noticeable and unattractive. The protective pants from Goodnites are completely different! They offer different, appealing, visual designs and above all: different sizes, right up to young adults! The latter in particular is a novelty and also a niche, because it is the only product that works from middle adolescence to early adulthood and does not seem ridiculous or embarrassing. Design, fit (it covers the intimate area much better than comparable products). What proved security for me? The very subtle and thin design. The good coverage (also with absorbent material) of the intimate area. The less diaper-like appearance and the low noise. The robust-looking material choice. It's just a shame that this high-quality product hasn't made it to Europe yet. Good job!

My 5 year old daughter is non-verbal Autistic and isn't potty trained at all. We desperately depend on goodnite brand due to them being the only type that will fit her that we can purchase at our local stores. She's worn this brand for 3 years now. She wears them day and night we've had zero issues until recently. The last 2 packs we've purchased ripped down the sides before I even got them on her. Its usually the entire pack thats bad. With only 12 to a pack we have to buy several and its not cheap. I really want to love this brand again.
