I have Asperger's syndrome and I still have accidents often at night these work great but they do leak a little bit sometimes I also use assurance nighttime underwear I prefer the assurance because of how heavy of a wetter I am at night they hold up better but I'd still recommend these

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a mom with a 14-year-old daughter who is autistic and has always had bedwetting issues. She is on the bigger side (5'6", 180 lbs) and the XL Goodnites have been a tight squeeze for her as a teen, but she doesn't want to wear "adult" products as she finds them embarrassing and uncomfortable. So, these new XXL Goodnites are a miracle. Despite being 15 lbs above the listed 165 lb weight limit, she reported that the XXL's slipped right on, were a perfect fit, and felt like soft, comfortable underwear. They are noticeably larger than the XL's (see photo for comparison between XL and XXL). She reported that she woke up with wet Goodnites twice this week but she didn't feel wet and they did not leak onto her bed either time. Her only worry now is finding more XXL's once the trial runs out. She also said she misses the cuter designs of the XL's, but that's a small price to pay for a much better product. Autism and bedwetting are difficult issues, but these XXL's take some of her pain away.

If I had to change anything I would say taller leak guards. Also maybe more than one print would be nice. Other than that these are perfect for us.

I was constantly washing her bedding even with other nighttime undies we have tried. They usually leak and I still have to strip and wash the bedding, but not these. They are durable and hold a lot of moisture. They also wick the moisture away from the skin to prevent irritation. My daughter has sensitive skin so that is super important to me. The previous one we were using wasn't working for us and I was in search for a new brand to try. In my opinion, these hold more than Huggies. My daughter would have incidents where her previous nighttime diapers would leak. My daughter says they are more comfortable, and the princess design is a bonus!
