My middle still does not wake up. We tried using small adult pull ups but they smell horrible and did not keep it from leaking. This work so much better.

Tried these suggest don’t go to small as one leg on mine was tighter than the other in med so went with larger much better smells great all day or ever how long you wear tried the thin panties ever dry but you smell like a wet baby

These are perfect kids that are don't want to wear pull-ups or diapers to sleep but still need the extra assurance should they not be able to make it to the potty in the middle of the night,
