The size, feel and pattern on the rug is perfect. Per the picture for Saville Gray it has GREEN/BROWN accents which was exactly what I was looking for...what I got was BLUE/TAN accents instead. I can't find anything else this size for this price in Hawaii so I guess I'm keeping it - but I'm a little disappointed the colors are inaccurate in the photos.

We have gotten 3 of these rugs in different prints. When the sun hits it, it gives off an AWFUL smell. Months later after buying and so many rounds of cleaning the smell is still there. I thought I was going crazy until we got rid of the one that smelled and bought a new one. SAME AWFUL SMELL WITH THE BRAND NEW RUG!!! I've seen other comments with the same issue. Aside from the awful smell, the rugs are beautiful. But something needs to be addressed with the smell.

I ordered the Saville Gray rug because I thought it would go perfectly with my color scheme in my bedroom; I received a blue/gray rug with navy instead which definitely will not work. It's a different item number and not even remotely close to what I ordered. Guess I'll have to schlep it back to Sam's for a credit. No word from Customer Service as to why I received a completely different rug than what I ordered. Thanks for the hassle, Sams. Update: Customer service contacted me and offered to send a replacement rug in the correct color. Very nice, right? But wait: Received the rug today and it's the SAME rug I initially received!!! So, now I have to schlep TWO rugs back, but instead of taking it to Sam's, I have to take it to FedEX which is SUPER inconvenient in our town. My suggestion is NOT TO BUY THE SAVILLE GRAY RUG unless you want a blue-gray rug with navy.

The area rug is beautiful and looks great on my dining room.

The rug being shown and advertised is not even close to the that you will receive. It's so infuriating to be stuck with hauling an extra large area rug a back to return. This rug is mostly blue- not even a hint of green in this rug.

Tuscany Patterned Area Rug, Assorted Designs was purchased in Feb 2024. With each vacuuming it is getting thinner and thinner. I am seeing a lot of rug fibers in our vacuum. I am anticipating that there will be little left in the next year.
