We purchased 4 to replace the wicker on our deck, they arrived in a week. We have a pollywood dining set which we love because it is maintenance free so we bought the chairs to match, we love them. Assembly was easy with only one nut missing which I may have dropped. They shipped from pollywood the same as the dinette but no pollywood labels on the chairs. These were a great value.

High quality chairs. The instructions for assembly was not the best I have ever seen. However, with a few minutes of thinking. I was able to muddle through. I ACH chair takes about 15-20 minutes to assemble. The first one took about 30 minutes. Overall l, the quality of the parts is excellent. There is a bit of flash on some parts; easily removed with a pen knife or exacto knife. They suggest a drill; but that is totally unnecessary. End product is really fine.

This is the second set of these chairs that we've bought. It's a good price and Polywood is the best. We bought the Aruba color and they're so pretty.

Missing a short screw for the cross brace. Contacted the manufacturer but still no response. Very disappointed in customer service of Polywood. Otherwise very nice chair.

These chairs are perfect in every way. They’re very well engineered, and constructed. Very easy to assemble. Very heavy and solid; won’t blow away. Great value, and happy that Sam’s Club offers these.

It's an okay chair. When I ordered, I looked at the very high price and was expecting thicker pieces of board. I was thinking this would be one of those commercial grade chairs. Instead, the boards flex a little at my 200 pound weight, and I hope they do not break.
