Components are solid and don’t feel like they will chip or peel. Instructions are easy to follow. You will have to have a 7/16 wrench or equivalent since it doesn’t come with one. It does come with a nice little T-handle hex wrench. The chair goes together easy enough with just one person. The chair is light enough for a child to move around but heavy enough to stay on the porch during Oklahoma winds. The chair holds my 6’ 1” 280lbs frame well enough but it sits almost on the ground. Feels more like a beach chair than a backyard/porch chair. I’m hoping that sitting in the sun doesn’t ruin it too soon. Time will tell.

It's an okay chair. When I ordered, I looked at the very high price and was expecting thicker pieces of board. I was thinking this would be one of those commercial grade chairs. Instead, the boards flex a little at my 200 pound weight, and I hope they do not break.

These chairs are perfect in every way. They’re very well engineered, and constructed. Very easy to assemble. Very heavy and solid; won’t blow away. Great value, and happy that Sam’s Club offers these.

Missing a short screw for the cross brace. Contacted the manufacturer but still no response. Very disappointed in customer service of Polywood. Otherwise very nice chair.

This is the second set of these chairs that we've bought. It's a good price and Polywood is the best. We bought the Aruba color and they're so pretty.

It's fairly easy to assemble the chair. It doesn't seem like the best quality plastic. Here in Arizona, the sun and heat destroy things rapidly. Someone else reported fading, so i will see how mine does under covered patio. Oh well, it is not too expensive so if i get 3-4 years out of it I'll be happy.

I bought this chair several years ago and still love it. I would like to buy a matching footstool or a chair with a self-storing footstool. I thought Sam's sold a footstool last year? but by the time I saw it, my color was not available. When will you have the footstools again? or side tables?

Excellent quality and durable. I bought 4 of them I was so pleased.
