The plate isn't huge but is definitely big enough to serve an appetizer on. I love that it's microwave and oven safe up to 450 degrees so you can prepare a warm appetizer ahead of time and then warm up closer to the start time of your event. All in all, this is an unique plate that I will cherish for many years!

Alabama is a HUGE college football state. “Roll Tide” gets said more than “hello” 😂 So people here are obsessed with all things ‘Bama! This state plate has been such a conversation piece. There are so many different ways to use it. It’s microwave and oven safe. I have baked in it and it done fine. It was easy to clean because of the nonstick surface. I’ve used it with fruits and vegetables. Right this very minute it’s being used as a candy dish. I think it’s well made. It’s heavy but not too heavy. It really looks like West Virginia. The plate was packaged well. The only thing that would make it better would be to have it in the state colors.
