Could be a good snack after a workout for an adult also, just not a filling snack. All in all, I would recommend trying this product.

The cheddar cheese, the cranberries, and the cashews and almonds were magnificent. I am a snacker because I work from home on the computer, and this is how get through my day. I will definitely be purchasing this product on a regular basis.

I tossed a couple of these snacks into a cooler with a freezer pack because I wasn’t sure how long my errands would take. As luck would have it, I never got home until about 2:30, not having eaten anything all day. When I got stuck waiting on a train, I popped open both packs and was able to stave off my starving hunger pains. Perfect! Nothing sticky sweet. Nothing messy. Just a healthy snack. Thank you, Sam’s Club, for stocking these great snacks!

The snack packs are a quick snack to grab and have on the go. Personally, I find whole almonds not ideal as I find them too hard. My only real issue is with the cheese - it was lightly covered in powder and on the drier side.

The package says Gluten Free on the outside which is why I purchased them. However when I opened the box it says the product may contain wheat. As a Celiac I don't need these so bad to the point of getting sick from it. So they look convenient but I don't know how these taste because I gave them away.

My girlfriend and I tried them together and we didn't have anything negative to say about them aside from us wishing there was more. But that was just us enjoy them so much. The cheese tastes delicious and the fruit and nut combination is very satisfying. A perfect snack of salty and sweet. Genuinely loved them so much. Will gladly pick them up again the next time I'm shopping.

the product had good taste. My husband, who wouldn't eat dried cranberries tried the one with the cashews, and thought the cranberries were very good. I would like to have seen them use raw nuts over roasted almonds, and either olive oil or avocado oil, something healthier. I was hoping this would be a true health grab and do food. I was surprised that they were in the refrigerated section, I hope that meant less preservative and maybe a bit healthier. I am always looking for less processed, healthier travel snacks.

The perfect grab-and-go snack! These pre-packaged cheese and cracker combinations are a lifesaver for busy days, lunchboxes, or quick snacks. The variety of cheeses and cracker types keeps things interesting, and the portions are just right. The quality of the cheese is surprisingly good for a pre-packaged snack, and the crackers are crisp and flavorful. It's a convenient and satisfying option for both adults and kids. Plus, the 12-pack is a great value, making it easy to stock up. If you're looking for a hassle-free, tasty snack, Member's Mark Cheese and Cracker Snacks are a solid choice.

I found this product to be just as good if not better than other national name brand items. They are proportionately packaged, great price point and are a healthy snack for on the go, in a lunch or in a hurry. These are great snacks for those who are watching they eat and they give you a bit of sweet and salty,

The nuts were a little saltier than I like but I normally eat unsalted so they are probably fine for most people. I love handy snacks like this and these were considerably cheaper than the name brand version.
