Ordered these because I thought they were exactly like the ones they sell in the store but when I got them they are not. They are very think chinsy made they are not the same quality as the ones in the store . they say they are the hotel collection but they are not same quality . When I brought them back to return we went back and bought the higher quality ones in the store brought them up to return register to show the front desk cashier and she agreed that quality was way below what is on the floor. They have more colors on line but quality is poor.. if you like the ones on the store floor purchase those.. do not waste your time and money on the members mark hotel collection on line.

These towels are thick and larger than most at a great price but they definitely have a strong odor. I had to wash these multiple times and finally got the odor out of them by using detergent, oxy clean, and a half a bottle of scent beads all together. Now they are my favorite towels after washing them after 5 times!

They are well made; thick, soft, extra large bath towels, hand towels and facecloths. Colorfast, thick luscious towels, thirsty to absorb the water. Love these towels. Best towels I have ever purchased. A step above the towels in the major stores. Premium towel set without the high cost.

After the 2nd washing several pieces were full of snags and weak spots. I returned and ordered another set hoping it was a one off.

I keep ordering these towels for each bathroom. Color choices are spot on. Good replacement towels. Thick enough and big enough.

The bath towels are very nice but the hand towels and wash cloths are thin and not as good as the bath towels. Would purchase the bath towels separately.

Wonderful towels but actually costs more to order than buying by individual piece in the store. Only ordered because we could not find all the pieces in the a set in the store.

We went to a air bnb and had the white hotel towels, so impressed we ordered 2 sets of the same towels, but with color, we did not experience the same quality.

I ordered these bath towels because they were large and thick. My husband really liked them. But why I am only giving 3 stars is because somehow the towel snagged and now it looks tacky.

I ordered one set of these towels to try, cautious because some reviews complained of excessive lint. Because of this I washed before using, and to be fair my dryer lint trap was full. On second wash I did have more lint than normal but consecutive washings the lint is average compared to my other towels. I find these towels to be luxurious, each item is oversized: bath towel, hand towel and washcloth. They are thick and thirsty, the color holds up well over multiple washings, and the price can’t be beat! In fact, I am so pleased with these towels I ordered several more sets to complete two bathrooms. I wish I found these before buying towels a year ago at Kohl’s. I hope Sam’s continues to carry these towels far into the future.
