Terrible service from the people who shipped it. I bought it because I needed it by a specific date, but it didn't arrive. Now I'm left with an empty space because it failed to show up. The quality looks very good, one star because of the time.

We got this set last week when it was on sale for just under $2k. Even at full price it's a great deal. At local furniture stores a full Teak set is well over $5k. The cushions are quality, as is the Teak.

We just got this and put it together. Love the look, but have a chunk out of one of the chairs. How do I contact the manufacturer to try to correct the situation?

This is so sad as the first few months it looked beautiful however spring forward & there are black spots everywhere & the wood has split we have tried everything. Be careful this is high maintenance furniture. Wish we would have done more research.

I purchased this based on the one inch picture I saw on the computer. It looked like it was exactly what we were looking for and the price was amazing. I was shocked when it arrived and each piece and the screws in their own bag. Clear east directions for assembly and the quality was fantastic. Love it!! It wasn’t available and I checked daily, but then it became available.

We received today and it was an easy assembly. Fantastic quality, and value. We saw on an email Sam's sent but was sold out. I checked everyday for a couple of weeks and was able to order and receive in about a week. Delivery company in MN was fantastic.
