When I got them they wouldn't charge last 1%. However we did end up getting them to charge. But honestly I wouldn't buy again. Not worth the money. To have a brand new set of headphones and when I look at Apple it said I had no warranty either. Very disappointing

Really love my new AirPods Max. It was delivered on time and I got great value for money because I bought it during the Black Friday. Sales would really love my new AirPods Max. It was delivered on time and I got great value for money because I bought it during the Black Friday Sales. I would definitely recommend!

I would not recommend these at full price even at maybe at the $399 that I paid however I did return these for several reasons first with the good. These have excellent sound quality, though you cannot customize the EQ. They have finally tuned it to be a very balanced sound. The build quality is also top-notch however it is completely unnecessary to make something this overly engineered and heavy on your head. Finally, adding a USB-C port was definitely much needed. Now to the reasons I ended up returning it. The color is very misleading. Midnight is more of a bluish color. I miss the space gray I just could not get over the blue tint on these, It was not attractive. Also, there is no way to turn these off, which I already knew, but I didn't realize it was going to be an issue unless you put it in it's bra case with the magnets to put it in a low deep state. These are very bad for the gym. I highly recommend no one use these in the gym as they will stain and smell bad in a very short time from sweat because they are neither sweat nor water resistant at all. The head hammock that helps assist in taking the weight off of your head because these are so heavy I can already tell is going to wear out in a short time I've already read reviews of this happening overall I just didn't see the value for the money and something I was going to use for the gym and pay this much money for I ended up going with something different more practical and not overly engineered.

The Apple app shows the 1 year warranty already expired 3 months before I received them. The headphone battery was at 1% from sitting in storage too long and wouldn't change even after being plugged in for hours. I needed to hold down the buttons for 30 seconds multiple times to factory reset and get them to charge.

Apple Need to upgrade Their Headphone. Quality Premium Material like Metal. And easy To connect To Apple products. And also you can CONNECT To PC Bluetooth or USB C. Sound quality Very good not the best, is Crystal clear sound. And ANC is the Best. Cons : is Heavy 1-2 hours your head will feel Hurt. If you like Heavy BASS don't buy this. This Airpods max BASS is not Punch/heavy bass. And battery life is Easily over low. No Hard Case. To expensive $500 just for this technology in 2025 Don't waste your money unless you don't care. Overall scale 1-10 is 7

These are very expensive for some headphones, but they're very good too. Very high-quality build, like all Apple products. The sound quality is good and the ANC is top-notch. I got them on sale, so the price was a lot better. Would definitely recommend these if you're already in the Apple ecosystem.

Upon opening and trying to connect it was apparent that I was operating a *used* pair of headphones. They will not charge or hold a charge and come up on my device as someone else's headphones. Highly disappointed as these were an enormous splurge for me!

So, to start, I have been wanting a pair of AirPods Max for a while now, but I couldn't rationalize the price tag. Every time I saw them "on sale", it was only like $50 off...still not a sale. However, during Walmart days, they were $150 off...so I got them. Could I maybe get a refurbished pair or the last generation a bit cheaper...maybe, but here we are. Now, about the headphones...they are great, sound is good, noise cancellation is spectacular. I do have a pair of AirPod Pro 2s, and while I enjoy them for at the office or just casually, they keep falling out of my ear or I have to constantly adjust them. As for the AirPods Max, I have only had them for about a week, but would say they are worth the money...personally, maybe not the full retail price, definitely get them on sale if you can.

Absolutely love these headphones. They are top-of-the-line the best headphones that I've ever had. The mic is great. I can't hear any exterior noise and all the little knobs were great.

Very pricey but the quality is amazing! The noise cancellation feature works amazingly well and they automatically connect to Bluetooth when you put them on which is super convenient. Super comfortable.
