[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As I stated previously with the conditioner. I had higher hopes for this shampoo. I have hair issues as far as damage goes, like breakage etc. I was hoping this shampoo would show me a difference and I did not see that. It did smell good though.

Lol sorry I couldn't be of any more help

I have long hair and due to aging my hair has lost its smoothness; however this product livened it up with just one use. Smooth and silky was my target and I achieved maximum results with it. I have very thin, fine hair that is color treated. There is some general damage due to everyday wear/tear and the coloring. This product smoothed but DID NOT weigh down my hair. My hair felt and appeared to be nourished and I felt like I was experiencing a good hair day. I will be on the lookout to purchase this product and/or others in this brand line.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I got the sample in the mail, I had used Nexxus once like that Deep Conditioning packet in the store but never the full line so I was happy to find the sample. Unfortunately the actual conditioner made my hair feel so rough and stringy I had to rewash my hair with my detox shampoo and do a deep condition the very next day. So overall I have nothing against the brand because the deep conditioner and shampoo was fine just not the normal conditioner. I recommended trying it for yourself and seeing if it works for your hair because not every product is for everyone.

I started off by following the directions of wetting my hair first, the shampoo has a light "salon" (like when you walk into a beauty salon) type of smell to it. It created a lot of lather which I enjoyed, it gives me a feeling like it's deep cleaning. The only down side was it took me a little extra time/work to rinse it out completely but it left my hair soft, jet black, smooth and most importantly clean! I use oil base hair products in my hair so it's very rare to find a shampoo that completely cleans on the first wash. I would definitely buy this shampoo and recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Karaphix damage healing Shampoo and Conditioner after a long day out in the sun. My hair was sandy and brittle and really needing some help. The shampoo smells great but didn't feel like anything special at first until I rinsed it out. Then I could tell my hair smelled great even in the shower and it felt super clean. After using the conditioner I hopped out of the shower and towel dried my hair. After about an hour of just air drying my hair was already feeling soft and clean and smelling fantastic. The next day it still smelled great and after fully drying was incredibly soft. Lovely product, would use again and again.
