I have been using this shampoo for about a month. I only apply in my roots. And honestly it has improved my hair so much. Granted hair from ends is still damaged but looks less definitely need a trim. But I have seen an improvement in dryness and frizz

By far the best conditioner on the market right now! I work in a pool so my hair has been pretty damaged. this product has made my hair go from brittle + damaged to full of life! By far my fav hair product I own and will purchase it for the rest of my life. 

Let me first start off by saying how much I have lived Nexus products just in general & have for many many years my whole family used the stuff. It made my hair feel good but what I did love about it after using it was that I could actually feel how great it repaired my hair & made it feel so soft full of body and super healthy. Now for the not so great news..... ..... Ur website specifically for the keratin shampoo one (black bottle) specifically says in its description & elsewhere that it is considered to be safe for color treated hair & hoes one step further to point out that it is in fact color safe by stating it is a "sulfate -free" product. Ordered. Received. Not happy. I'm staring at the ingredients & from what I can tell, this item is actually NOT AT ALL SAFE FOR COLOR TREATED HAIR. BUT IT HAS INGREDIENTS IN IT THAT R KNOWN TO ACTUALLY STRIP HAIR COLOR FROM IT. AND ITS NOT JUST ONE SULFATE, BUT I THINK EVERY SULFATE KNOWN TO MAN MUGHT ACTUALLY B IN THIS STUFF such as exactly.... - sodium laureth SULFATE - sodium SULFATE There's even some sodium chloride & sodium benzoate which yes is just salt but this on hair dries hair out so it isn't great news either. So my question is why then does the product state its sulfate free essentially safe on color treated hair when sulfates are so bad they actually strip color from the hair?! It would probly explain why my hair color has never stayed as long as others it's noticeable tho. This whole time I just assumed that my hair was to blame...been treating it with all sorts of keratin & protein treatments & here I learn it might not have even been my hair at all. The mkney wasted to fix my hair to accept hair color I can't begin to tell u what that is. I'm beyond upset & so frustrated rt now honestly I don't even know how to use Nexus again after this. I'm praying that I am missing something huge here that is the entire reason for me being here today. Ur not the easiest folks to get a hold of so this will have to suffice & hopeful someone that knows at Nexus can explain this so I can correct my rating & get my overwhelming feelings back in check. Thank you so much for the time & honestly for giving us products we do love cuz my hair felt great when I used ur products. This however would b my 1st time trying the keratin line. I'm not even gonna go back & check the ingredients in the other I'm just going to chalk it up as lesson learned. I appreciate the many years u did this for my hair. That daid, noone I the whole world wants u to achieve that with ingredients that are not fully transparent to the consumer. We always want to know what's in the stuff we use & love. Becuz sadly ingredients have come under scrutiny becuz of dishonest companies. I do not for a min think that is the case here. I'm praying I'm right in thinking this. But only u can help explain this please & that k u im advance for ur time. I do really appreciate the efforts always by folks. But I'm never want to learn that products are in the products I use when they shouldn't be.

Great for damaged hair but could be a little more moisturizing. I feel that this has helped my hair recover from a year of being platinum blonde incredibly well. I do feel it could leave my hair feeling a little more moisturized after my shower. Other than that it is a great product and smells wonderful!

I bought this with high expectations and don't think it fully lived up to how to great I thought it would be. The smell is a little too strong for me but it didn't make my hair feel nice and soft although I had to wash it the next day, it felt heavy.

I have long curly hair (3c) and I love this conditioner. It does not weighs down my hair. The consistency of this Nexxus conditioner gives it a good shine and controls the frizz. I use it as a leave-in on the day/s after I washed it and works wonders. As a plus, I have received many compliments from people that say my hair smells amazing. The smell does stay in the hair, but it is not too strong. I am sensitive to strong smells and this one does not gives me a headache. After all this, yes, this product does great on its primary function, condition hair.

This is great for my bleach blonde damaged hair. My hair feels soft but stronger at the same time. It smells good and you only need a little. I usually leave conditioner in for longer than suggested on the packaging, but I dot need to with this. I'd definitely recommend this product. I have the big pump size.

I have damaged dryish medium length semi curly thick hair and this is the ONLY drugstore or high end conditioner that TRULY works wonders and does exactly what it says it will do!!! Holy grail 🙌🏼 Non greasy and a great smoothing effect without weighing it down. I can also add extra hair products afterwards and it still doesn't make my hair feel heavy or greasy! Last all 3-4 days in between hair washes. 10 out of 10 & smells wonderfully too!

Bought both the Shampoo & Conditioner pair & this set is amazing!! This just transforms your damaged hair into a silky smooth soft hair. I also use the conditioner as a mask. I leave it in for 10 minutes & then rinse. I find that this works so must better allowing the formula to sit before rinsing.

Love this shampoo for my heavily heat-treated hair. I have long, fine, color-treated hair, and I wash it daily so I like formulas made for damage control. This formula gets super sudsy and seems to easily wash away all of my styling products. After a good wash (with no styling products) the volume at the root is really good, not weighed-down. I use this in combination with the Keraphix Conditioner and find my hair easy to comb through and style, with a shiny healthy-looking finished result.
