I used the hair mask and I can’t get it out of my hair. My roots and bangs look greasy and gross, even after washing my hair three times. I don’t know what to do or if anyone else has had this problem but I’m really frustrated. My hair looks disgusting and I’ve caused more damage trying to wash it out of my hair than it actually fixed. My hair is in way worse shape after using it than it was before I tried it. This product is terrible.

The shampoo left my hair feeling clean without feeling stripped of it natural oils. As a hairdresser my hair takes a lot of abuse I color my hair about every 4 weeks, use some type of hot tool daily.I'm constantly putting products in my hair so build up can he a real issue. I wash my hair every 2 to 3 days so this product being able to cut through the built up products and oil without making my hair feel stripped is amazing.

I could tell a difference in my hair after the first use! I can't wait to see what continued use does for my hair because m am loving the results after using it for 4 days. Kinda amazed me at the difference. My hair felt so soft. Which it feels soft everyday but this was different. Best my hair had ever felt wet!

I bought this product and washes my hair with it twice my hair is absolutely disgusting after using it it feels like I have clumps of gel in my hair, it look oily and is like stuck to my head. This product was not cheap and I expected great things. I would love a refund and to send this product back as I will have to go buy something else because I can not use this.
