[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was my first time to put tape extensions on but I had them on from winter to summer (with every 5 weeks visit for retape and follow ups of course). My hair was patched when I finally removed my extensions. Ends felt like straws of hay...dry, brittle and just dead. Trimmed the ends off but my whole head needed rescuing. Went through so much hair masks, moisturizers and treatments just to be left with...yup, same dry hair. Keraphix absolutely helped. my strands feel like hair again. Whew! Lesson learned.

It didn't exactly do anything for my damage hair in one use but it definitely softened my hair and made it so easy for me to comb/brush my hair. I usually need to coat my hair in oil before brushing but using the shampoo & Conditioner, definitely change my life! Not only does my hair smell great for days! It also made my hair much more manageable!

There was no filmy feel to my hair at all after using it! I absolutely love this product because it has worked on my severely damaged hair. It reminds me of a nursery home or a really old musky mens cologne.But my hair is so soft an smooth an feelings very thick when I used you.So it has its good and bad for it !

I don't know if it was just me, maybe my hair type, but this did not work for me. it made my hair look very oily and greasy like it hadn't been washed. I have to wash my hair everyday or it tends to look oily on top at the roots, but even when I used the shampoo and conditioner it looked like I hadn't washed it. I tried it for a couple of days and then I couldn't any more a matter of fact I took back what I bought.
