[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The citrus smell is good as long as your not over spraying! I like that it kills germs on hard and soft surfaces. It will also work on mildew! Easy to spray and you busy leave it for a few minutes to dry and you are good to go.

I've been using this product to clean my kitchen countertops by simply spraying and wiping them down. It makes cleaning a breeze! I didn't really get a citrus smell, but the smell is still pleasant.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm reviewing FamilyGuard Brand Disinfectant Cleaner, Citrus Scent. We've been using it around my home for about 2 weeks now. We have one bottle upstairs in the bathroom and one downstairs in the kitchen. This product really impressed me. Typically, our house's 'all purpose cleaner' of choice is Windex, but FamilyGuard has replaced it and honestly, does a better job with less wiping...especially in the kitchen. It's excellent on counters and out glass stovetop. Our only criticism is that the citrus scent isn't great. The fresh scent is much more pleasant. The biggest endorsement is from my mom who lives with us. She cleaned houses for many years and she's super hard to impress. She said she would purchase this product in the future.

I think the packaging is cute and conveys the family and pet safe message. I tried the Family Guard Disinfectant on a variety of surfaces. I used it on plastic, granite and stainless steel. It did not leave a residue or streaks on any of these surfaces. I prefer this scent, citrus. It's light and far less offensive than similar products. It doesn't have a heavy fragrance in order to mask a chemical odor. In fact it doesn't smell heavily chemical at all. I would purchase this for my home, although I have never seen it any stores that I frequent.

We have a houseful of rescue cats and I'm hesitant to bring in new products out of concern for their safety. I'm glad to have a safe option to sanitize their areas.

Also helped to remove marker from the table top after my kids ) Great smell, but I wouldn't recommend to use it much with your kids around. Anyway it has that chemical part of smell.
