seems like it is going to cool just fine, but the noise, rattling at times loud enough you have to get loud to talk above the noise, but then when noise quietens down its ok, but noise come and goes. manual says its normal, i may send it back.

not good at all .. noises comes out when you turn it on and it could force you to turn it off sometimes. if i could turn it back i would but its started doing those noises the following summer .

This a/c is not quiet. Very unhappy with it because of noise. It was to much trouble to send back. Next summer I will get another one for den and move this to garage.

Best air conditioner I have ever owned!Easy to put in the window. Cooled the house down quick! low noise. Air blows across the room to where we sit, so no need for a fan in the living room! we are very pleased!

We are very satisfied with the operation of this unit. Installation was a bit of a challenge, but after some effort, we got it done. It's Heavy. Definitely a 2 person job.

I love our new air conditioner with remote control because it cool our whole downstairs and with the energy saver we don't have to worry about cutting it off and on.

Used it for three (3) months and then turned it off for 8 months. When I turned in on the first hot day of the new year it no longer cooled. Bad deal. Very bad.
