We love this grocery and it is really well made but my granddaughter cut her finger within minutes of playing with it on the cheaply made basket. Just wanting to let others know. Otherwise it is a great product but my advice would be to get rid of the basket right away.

After 6 hours of set up and one cracked panel. My 19 month old daughters cash register already doesn’t beep when you push the buttons. Very frustrating after the long set up. It’s very cut but dissatisfied with the product already broke. Can this be replaced?

We bought this for our granddaughters Christmas. It was so cute and the assembly instructions made it easy to assemble. Then we had a problem (our fault - not the product) and had to contact the Customer Service for assistance. They were so prompt and courteous and resolved our problem right away. I would recommend the supermarket and any product made by Jupiter Toy.

I just put together today and it's awesome! Took me 3 hours to assemble, by myself, and then a little bit to put all the boxes/groceries together. It's so cute and my great-nephew loves it! Only thing is the scanner doesn't work unless there is a light shining on it. We put a tiny lamp next to the register and it works great! Couldn't be happier!

Good sturdy wood, but alot of assembling to do. There are some steps that dont show which side is the correct side. In addition, the part numbers were missing on some of the pieces. I recommend the manufacturer put the numbers on the pieces with a sharpie. Also have some pieces pre installed. overall, once assembled correctly, the mart is a great activity to learn from.

This is a very well built toy. However, the manual operation of the conveyor was not as expected, the scanner operation was erratic at best, disappointed scanner not tied register. Microphone on register is worthless. Pleased with the fact it came with batteries.

Product arrived, parts were missing. E-mailed the customer service listed, no reply back. Can not even put this item together without the part. Had to order a second one and hopefully it will contain all the parts needed or the missing part. Will then return defective product.

Purchased 2 weeks ago. Opened it today. Took my oldest daughter 5 hours to assemble because directions show confusing pictures. The mic worked for all of 15 minutes after assembly. The scanner worked intermittently for maybe 10 minutes before both mic and scanner stopped working. Comes with $10, $5 and $1 bills, but has only enough drawer space for 2 different types of bill. Also has space for change. Comes with cardboard food boxes that you self assemble. This is why I purchased this play center opposed to the one made by Melissa & Doug. Some of the boxes needed tape to stay tucked together-even though I pre folded at the creases. The conveyor belt is manual and easier to pull from underneath so that the top part can move. My daughter is 4 and tough and she couldn’t move it. I had to it for her. I paid $99 and honestly, I think I paid for the wood. After assembly, I don’t want to haul the entire thing back to the store. I guess I’m stuck.

I have three kids 5 and under and this toy inspires so much creativity and cooperative play. Can’t recommend it enough. It is very sturdy, is the central piece in our toy room, and is played with daily - not to mention it has great storage for all the play food. Customer service was fantastic too - responds within 1 business day and exceeds expectations.
