This supermarket is sturdy and perfect for my little girl!! She absolutely loves it!

I bought this to add to my preschool play area. It is made of wood and is very durable. Assembly was not too difficult but it did take some time. It included plastic fruits and a small shopping basket. It had play money too. It also had many styles of food boxes that had to be assembled. They weren't hard to do.The scanner is motion activated and the preschools have loved that. The cash register has a working calculator and buttons with pictures of food that you can press and it beeps. I do wish it had one more hook on the end with the chalkboard so we could hand more items such as bags or aprons. One complaint is that it has a working microphone. I would have preferred it didn't work or maybe could be turned off permanently. It just adds noise with all the children playing. Also, the conveyor belt really does turn but it is very stiff and hard for the kids to turn it. It has a manual twist crank to turn it. I would highly recommend this for any home. I already had my sister buy one for her grandkids.

Worked for a day or so. The scanner often doesn’t work and when it does it intermittently works and is just a poorly designed sensor so it beeps all the time when just your hand goes across not just when you scan an item. The mic/button register doesn’t work, we had them send a replacement and they did and it don’t work either. Fun for a store without the electronic features but if you want quality go with the Melissa and Doug one it’s worth the extra cost.

I was super excited to buy this for my daughter But unfortunately I went to put together & the product I received is defective and because of this it is Impossible to build. Only way to Contact the manufacturer is through email which I would’ve preferred a phone number to contact but I did send an email hoping to hear back from the manufacturer for a refund or replacement at this time I would not recommend

Bought this for our grandkids for Christmas. The register didn't work from the start, but the company quickly replaced it. Now the scanner has quit. The kids still have fun but it is disappointing when the electronics don't work after less than two weeks. As others mentioned, it does take 3 to 4 hours to put together, but is sturdy. Overpriced if the electronics don't work.
