I had a stroke so I consumed 2 a day for 3 weeks. I am extremely lactose intolerant and it clogged me up so bad I had to return to the hospital. This product is NOT lactose friendly like it says.

We have bought Rich Chocolate flavor for years, and loved it. The new flavor, Chocolate Sensation leaves a bitter after taste, and just plain does not taste very good! We'll be looking for a new Protein drink!
