They keep changing the formula. Lower the DV% on certain things like copper but add ferrous sulfate. I can’t drink Ensure as fiber in that form makes me sick. I was 79 lbs and have been using these shakes to stay alive. Consider this please.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not usually a fan of vanilla drinks but this had a nice taste to it. I drank half a bottle before and half after my workouts and it gave me a lift while exercising and helped with muscle recovery.

I was diagnosed with a Post Covid long hauler syndrome called Parosmia. I smell food cooking as if it is rotting food. This has eliminated me from eating food due to smell and taste.
