The texture is that of a glass of milk with all ingredients and calories listed on the 8 fluid ounce bottle. This drink has good nutritional value and has been a meal replacement for me while on the go. This product does contain milk and soy, 220 mg of sodium, no fiber and 22 percent added sugars. The thing besides the taste that is important to me is that this drink provides 20 grams of protein and 27 minerals and vitamins. Best served chilled. This product is also gluten free. This is a very good tasting drink that has helped supplement my dietary intake and is very easy to drink on the go.

It dies not have the grainy protein taste of powders. It does have more calories than the protein I normally use. I made my favorite protein vanilla pudding and it tasted great.

The cafe mocha taste is rich and almost taste like drinking a candy bar .... deliciousness. My only complaint is if it's not ice cold there is a bitter after taste but it's not overwhelming.

My boyfriend loves his high protein boost drinks. He usually drinks 3-4 a day. When he doesn't drink them or have them we have seen a huge difference in how his body reacts without them. This makes it super easy. I liked the ingerdients and that it contains 20grams of protein. I think these are great to have on hand. Good for quick options when you need a nutritional drink. I personally prefer mixing my own for the flavor, but this is an okay chocolate drink.

The only issue I had with this drink is that it has a lot of carbohydrates and is super sweet. I didn’t like the sweetness of it. Other than that, it was really good and had a great texture.
