I've been weight training for 38 years and have always struggled getting enough protein. If I eat meals trying to get it, I always end up putting on body fat no matter how clean I try to eat. It’s just too many calories consumed to reach a reasonable amount of protein. The last six months I’ve drank 3 high protein Boosts and eaten a well-rounded dinner every day (Except Sunday that’s my cheat day!) and I’m pretty happy with the results. I’m at my desired bodyweight and I’ve kept a significant amount of muscle without having to use messy protein powders.

When mom had a fall accident and lay on the floor for a day and a half, her strength was down. 2 weeks of rest and a boost or two a day along with her eating... she is back at least as good as before her accident. Thanks Boost ! Rumor has it the very vanilla is the best !!!

I like to drink it chilled very cold. I like that there’s 20g of protein in such a small bottle and I have a lack of protein in my diet so this is something I can drink daily to supplement. It helps me feel full so Im not hunting for snacks when I get a craving.

I am malnutritious due to medical reasons, so my doctor told me to find something that would help get me the nutritions my body needs. I bought one box of chocolate and a box of Vanilla. I do like the flavors. The drink is smooth and not lumping. It doesn’t taste like powder or anything. My only complaint is the 15g of sugar. I personally can’t handle a lot of sugar (or drinks with artificial sweeteners) so I have to add almond milk to tone down the sweet sugar flavor. Overall, a good product. I’ll try the less sugar one next time and hope that it doesn’t have artificial sweeteners (those are always worse for me). One suggestion for the website: Maybe make your boost shakes available on your website and allow for auto deliver to someone’s home each month. I’ll be on these for a while.

Taste has changed

I ordered boost and paid for boost and got premier protein instead. It arrived okay, it's just the wrong stuff.

i have a stomach problems and cant eat that much and was losing my life fast i was told about boost high protein and loved it needs a little more sugar in it but taste great please keep making it
