[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Giving an honest opinion and review. Boost high protein vanilla shake is an acquired taste. The packing is great, sealed really well. Easy to open and being a small container makes for a quick easy grab and go meal replacement or an extra pick me up. Being such a small container I believe it makes the taste more richer tasting. To me I could taste the difference with other leading brands due to the ingredients. The size of the container is great for traveling or making sure you’re getting that extra amount of protein without overindulge. I highly recommend make sure it’s 100% cold before drinking. Also tried pouring over ice isn’t my first choice either. Affordable product to get an extra supplement on the go. This size would work great for elderly and children as well. 26 vitamins and minerals which with a busy lifestyle is sometimes hard to get when we are on the go.

One drawback is it’s small size -8 ounces and it’s whopping 250 calories. I’m thinking this would be a supplement of protein for folks that are ill or having difficulty getting in their daily calories and nutritional needs. I found it tasty but not particularly filling.
