The boost that I tried years ago did not compare to his boost as they must have improved the flavor. On my shopping list this time around I have boost to buy. Tastes better served really cold. The only thing is that there is to many carbs. For a little bottle. But other than that, I would recommend.

It dies not have the grainy protein taste of powders. It does have more calories than the protein I normally use. I made my favorite protein vanilla pudding and it tasted great.

Normally stuff like this is chalky tasting but I have to say that this was pretty smooth and I like the taste of it. Loved the flavor and the taste was great, I would highly recommend this product to get your daily nutrients!!! And the great taste is an added bonus!! Also a brand you can trust!!

Tastes good too and I would continue to try other flavors as well. I also like that I can grab it and go because of the single serving bottles that are easy to open.
