[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love a good protein shake and was a little worried that I would find this one chalky. But trying this one I was surprised. It was a nice texture and flavor. Even though I prefer chocolate I did like this one.

It tasted really good but it contains too much processed sugars with corn syrup being the 2nd ingredient and sugar being the 4th (that means there is a large serving of them, ingredients are listed in order of quantity in item). This makes is glorified thick sugar water. Hoping they make a more natural organic one or i'll stick to making my own protein shakes from scratch.

I've been weight training for 38 years and have always struggled getting enough protein. If I eat meals trying to get it, I always end up putting on body fat no matter how clean I try to eat. It’s just too many calories consumed to reach a reasonable amount of protein. The last six months I’ve drank 3 high protein Boosts and eaten a well-rounded dinner every day (Except Sunday that’s my cheat day!) and I’m pretty happy with the results.
