Each 8oz bottle has 20 grams of protein and 27 vitamins and minerals. The vanilla flavor was as the name says, “Very Vanilla”. The thickness was like Vitamin D milk. It was delicious and I would definitely buy it again. I Googled Boost flavors and I believe there are 4-8 others, including “Rich Chocolate”, “Creamy Strawberry”, and “Cinnabon”.

As a workout freak I need a high amount of protein to build and keep my muscles strong. This Boost drink has a good amount of vitamins, carbs and of course 20 grams of protein per bottle. Think is great just about anywhere when you need to get your protein fix. The bottles are small enough to take with you but inside, they pack a nice punch of nutrition and protein. The vanilla flavor is very nice and smooth. There is no chalky taste like some other drinks have. I will definitely be purchasing this drink and keeping it with me.
