Not the same fiber as the powder and they stick together making it hard to get to them. I guess they are OK but if you are looking for an easier form than the powder they aren’t that

First of all, these taste horrible to me, almost rancid, and the smell does not come off your hands. Also, they have the sweetener xylitol, which I did not realize before purchasing. The sweetener is extremely toxic to dogs, so I never intentionally buy products with this because I won't risk dropping one and my dog getting to it.

Good gummies. Easy to chew. But they stick together - even after putting them in refrigerator to attempt preventing cluster bond. Pry them apart with butter knife. I think they’re helping to keep us regular though.

These should not be on the market. I have never farted so much in my entire life since I started taking these. These gummies could lead to divorces, because the flatulence is absolutely insane--I mean like 6-10 loud obnoxious blasts per hour. You cannot be in an office setting when taking these gummies. I used to take psyllium husk pills, but tried these instead and I cannot wait for them to be gone and the ridiculous amount of farting to end.

These are best-tasting fiber gummies. No gritty texture or aftertaste. This is a good buy for the amount of gummies you get.
