We originally purchased a Tempur-Pedic with a 20 year warranty. After 14 years the mattress sagged. It was replaced in 2020 with a ProAdapt hybrid. I recently started waking up with lower back pain and I noticed the mattress was starting to sag causing my lower back pain. Just 3 years old and starting to sag! I am not happy with Tempur-pedic at all. Now I'm in the market for a new mattress. Unfortunately, I will not be seeking another Tempur-pedic.

Ok, so, we kept our previous Serta Pillow top mattress for 20 years, rotating it twice a year, flipping it over, and top to bottom. It was old but it still felt good. We recently decided to get a new mattress and chose the TEMPUR-ProAdapt™ Medium Hybrid. All we can say is "WOW" ! We didn't realize how much mattress technology has advanced. We have been sleeping so much better than we were, if you have an older mattress then you owe it to yourself to check out the new mattresses, you won't believe the difference.

Bought a split king in two different firmnesses recommended by the sleep specialist. After 90 days of terrible sleep ended up swapping to a standard king or medium hybrid pro adapt and have never slept worse in my life. After almost a year now of "breaking in" it's gotten worse. Only in our 30's and now have more back and hip pain than I ever imagined. Don't sleep, tossing turning, neck back and hip pain. Absolutely terrible. Spent all the money on all the hype just to be in shock at how terrible it sleeps. Should've gone with my other options of other brands. Would not recommend

I regret going beyond the 90 days and was hoping that after several online comments on Facebook that someone from the company would reach out and try and make it right m. That's true customer service. Soon as this is paid it will get thrown in the trash and I'll purchase from a competitor.

Over the years (as I am 64) my back has degenerated to the point a regular mattress is NOT comfortable. A year ago I had spinal fusion and a spacer inserted in my lower back. Unfortunately, Scoliosis runs in my family and our daughter was born with it. The TempurPedic has been a great product for our family. I am so grateful this product is available to us through our Military Exchange. We are forever grateful TempurPedic supports the military. And lastly I tell our kids, "When I die put my TempurPedic in my coffin". Have an Aloha Day and Thank you for all you do.

We received our new cal king bed and adjustable base on Saturday evening. Very anxious to try bed. The next morning I woke up with no stiffness or aches. I had a tempurpedic cloud from 8 yrs ago. It was time to change. Your body changes. I absolutely love this bed. I put it in snore mode and it is the perfect sleep for me. Husband really likes the bed. Adjustable is the way to go. If you are looking for s new sleep this to me is the way to go.

I normally do not do reviews but this weekend, we visited the Frontenac store in Ladue,MO. Corinne- our sales associate was awesome. From the time we arrived and explained we were trying to learn about their beds, their bases, she took it from there. Had great questions from both of us, wanted to understand our sleep regiment and from there began demo process on various mattresses and bases. Great experience. We have never owned a mattress like this before and can't wait to experience it. Corrinne made this a great experience and it was a true pleasure working with her. We left there Saturday, talked about it and returned Sunday. Had a few more questions, tested bed again and guess what- made the purchase.Thank you for everything you did for us as I would highly recomend her to anybody in the St.Louis area that is ready to make a change in their mattress but maybe their sleep style to receive the best night ever. We have been happily sleeping on Tempurpedic mattresses for 20+ years. Recently, though, I developed shoulder arthritis, and I was waking up with shoulder pain. We switched our old (still good!) firm Tempurpedic for this softer version. No more shoulder pain! Tempurpedic mattresses have consistently given us our best sleeps. As our bodies change over time, updating the style of mattress we sleep on makes good sense. (Our friends' six-foot, six-inches adult child was delighted to adopt our like-new king-size mattress, and loves it as much as we did. Tempurpedics seemingly 'last forever.')

Took a lot of time deciding on a new mattress as they are not cheap... Spend the money! Tempurpedic is a life saver for me and I will never be able to go back to a regular mattress ever. I adjusted to the difference the first week. I used to wake up through out the night with back pain and arm pain as I am a stomach sleeper and never could get comfortable on my old mattress which was a very good quality mattress as well but never could get through the night on it without waking up in pain of some sort... Thinking I am just getting old! Tempurpedic has changed my life.. Seriously. I wake up ready to go and no more aches and pains... Worth every penny!

My wife and I have been looking to buy a new mattress for some time. We both have back problems. I was looking at many different memory foam mattress but none of them will support weight over 200 lbs. Unbeknown to me my wife went furniture shopping before Christmas. She called me and asked me to come and check the mattress out. We decided on the Pro adapt medium split king. All I can say is we are both having the best sleep ever. We both wake up with no back or neck pain. After a week of sleeping on the new mattress, one evening I said to my wife that I could remember many years ago that I would never spend that kind of money on a bed. I am glad that we did.
