I needed a new mattress. I purchased the Tempur-Pro Adapt Firm. Long story short. No more back pain. sleeping like a baby. Do yourself a favor get this mattress if you have lower back pain. I could not believe that changing my mattress would change my life. Get the base also. It is worth every penny. Sleep comfort is so important. Run and get this mattress. You will not regret it.

Bought first tempur-pedic king, firm mattress in 2011. It lasted a good many years. Bought second Tempur-Pedic king adapt, medium in 2021. From the get go I knew the medium was not for me. Bought our newest King Tempur-ProAdapt Firm an have slept on it for one month and a few days. From the Flagship store experience to the "white glove" delivery and set up has been a wise choice. It has taken me a couple of weeks to get used to the "Firm", but I am a firm mattress sleeper.

I'm a terrible sleeper in general, so was skeptical if a mattress could really make any difference. After trying beds from a few other brands, I was pretty sure that was the case. At the suggestion of my patient advocate, I stayed at Gertrude C Hope, a home away from home for cancer patients. One of the beds was a tempurpedic! Best sleep ever. I bought this bed because I was having major issues with back pain making it difficult to get out of bed in the morning - I opted to go with a firm mattress because this is what my mom had and it seemed to help her. Best night's sleep I have had in years. I had my first back surgery in 2013 and second in 2016. I have tried different, expensive mattresses and could not sleep without hurting. I slept in a recliner for a year. The firm mattress that I got wouldn't be for everyone but with my back I needed it. Everything else gave too much and caused my pain all over. The person that I bought it from was amazed that I adjusted to it so quickly. I would not sell my mattress to anyone. It's all mine!

Knowing I no longer have to look for a better mattress is calming. I'm getting the sleep I want and need. Waking up without aches and pains as most of us experience as we age, is such a bonus. This mattress just envelopes you with support. I love not thinking about how tired I am each morning. Tempur-Pedic completed my search in a very rewarding offer of comfort.

The Hybrid Pro Adapt has made sleeping more pleasant (even the dog loves it). The adjustments on the split version keeps everyone in a position they prefer. Who knew I could sleep in so many positions with comfort. The only thing we do not like ...... that we didn't have it 20 years ago !!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought Tempurpedic ProAdapt mattress around 6 months ago and it's working as expected so far. Even though it was little expensive but the fact that we spend around 30-50% of our overall time in bed, it's worth it. It's very comfortable and relaxing to sleep on these and I love it.

We are loving this mattress. I used to wake up 3 and 4 times a night and never would I sleep later than 4 a.m. Now I am waking up at 7-7:30. Good thing we are retired! The only negative thing I would say is that it is hard to change positions, but being able to sleep all night and get a full night's sleep is wonderful.
