I just received this platter and couldn't be more disappointed in it! It's very cheaply made and the floral pattern is just a paper insert with glaze over it. That honestly would have been fine but the glaze didn't completely cover the insert so now there is some separation between the outer shell and the insert. I would be afraid to get it wet because I wouldn't want mold to start between the 2 layers. Not sure how we'll wash this after use. Had I gone into the store and seen these on the shelf, I never would have bought them. Too bad for me that this product was bought online....

Upon initial opening this is a beautiful piece but with closer inspection the enamel coating is separated from the wood in multiple places. Do not recommend. Would not even hold up to washing.

I love it. The bowl for the dip lifts out for cleaning. Holds lots of chips. Bought it for usind for our Christmas company.
