Love the scent!

This product is awful. Leaking orange oil over my floor. Package was not as presented on Sams website. Cardboard inserts, not sealed. Shame on Sams for allowing Airwick to package this way when website shows sealed packaging. I want a credit to my account. Airwick send someone to pick up this mess. First time buying this item, never again.

Purchased this product. When shipped was not in packaging , just cardboard box. Where is original packaging shown on Sam's site. Have purchased product before elsewhere and came in original packaging which is easy for me to store. Scent is also off. Is this the real product. If i order something online i expect to get what i ordered.

When I opened up, the box was already open and waste in the box. I tried to take a picture, but it would not take it. It kept saying retake, and I did it four times.

Items come leaking and the tip of plug in are bent. Error from direct manufacturer

Love the scent. Please provide this as just refills with no warmers.
