After 2 weeks, I couldn't sleep on that mattress anymore. Aches, pains like I never experienced. Everything hurt. That mattress was like sleeping on a cold brick - and the sheets kept coming off! So until our 30 day sleep guaranttee kicked in, I was on the couch. We went back to the retailer and they were great with the exchange. We tried every traditional mattress in the store and kept coming back to our Stearns & Foster Estate Collection soft pillow top. Less than a week later, on our first night sleeping on it (ironically our anniversary!), we both felt a150% improvement in our sleep and felt awesome when we got up in the morning. No aches, no pains. Just a nice, restful, comfortable sleep. Ready to take on the day!

We chose this mattress to replace one that was too soft for him. This mattress is very comfortable for both of us. We do not feel each other moving at night and both of us wake up refreshed in the morning. This bed feels comfortable and sturdy and has not yet formed any indentations where we sleep. I was given this bed in exchange for my honest review and I can say we would certainly purchase this mattress again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is easily the BEST mattress I've ever owned! It's very comfortable and I'm getting a full night's sleep because of it. The pillow top is so soft and it cradles your body. It's great quality and I can't recommend it enough!

We bought our Sterns and Foster mattress 6 years ago. About 3 years ago, despite turning the mattress every 3-6 months and buying a box spring suggested by a salesman, we noticed that the mattress started developing dips. Now the dips are even deeper. The mattress was never really comfortable and now it is unbearable to sleep on. I have never had to replace a mattress this quickly!

I am amazed at how much I fell in love with this mattress! I actually just purchased a new mattress 3 months ago but decided to temporarily switch them so that I could sample this one out for my review. After just the first night of sleeping on it, I knew that I wasn't ever going to switch the mattresses back again! This Estate Firm Pillowtop is my permanent bed now! I have ankylosing spondylitis, degenerative disc disease and other spine issues that have been causing me a great deal of pain and discomfort. I woke up at least every hour and a half due to the pain, toss and turned all night. I know my original bed had no support so I bought a new mattress designed for side sleepers and to support lower back etc for my specific needs. It was such a relief and huge improvement that I didn't think it could get any better than that. But Stearns & Foster proved me wrong! I slept ALL night long without waking up once! I haven't slept this good in years! The mattress has excellent side support for sitting on the side of it to get dressed etc. My other mattress sank when you tried to sit on the edge. This one is built so sturdy and strong that I can tell it's made to last a very long time! The material of this bed absorbs movement so it has great motion isolation as well. I can't feel it whenever my dog jumps onto my bed or leaves throughout the night. It has the firmness my spine needs for support and alignment with just the right amount of pillowtop for plush comfort! This mattress was made to perfection and I can't emphasize enough how much I recommend this! Thanks again Stearns and Foster for the positively daily relief I now receive!

We bought the softer SF mattress and was disappointed that the pillow top began to crater after just 3 days. After 60 days, we just couldn't roll out of the crater and decided to get the other mattress that didn't have such a thick pillow top. Now that we've got 30 days into the Estate mattress, it has maintained it's firmness. The problem is that it's way too firm. I am buying a topper in hopes of getting some releif because I can't sleep on it anymore, just too painful. I hope the premium topper provides a better durability thank the SF first mattress. I just can't take it.

I received the mattress and it seems like it already has sinking. It was not this way in the store. I put something across the mattress and you see where it is sinking already! So tired of this happening! I haven't had this mattress but 4 months. You can make this situation better if you use this information. Needs replaced!!!!

We had a Stearns and foster queen size mattress and upgraded to king size. There was not any sleep adjustment noticed at all. Extremely comfortable and the size is a bonus. Our first night sleep was what we expected from Stearns and foster. Very happy with our purchase!

I wanted to love this mattress. It honestly has the best support for your back and hips. I wake up with no back pain which is amazing. This product would be a perfect mattress if it wasn't for one major flaw, and that is that it sleeps HOT! And I mean HOT. Ive tried blowing 3 fans on me, have purchased a cooling mattress cover, and I am also using a BedJet. It still feels like my entire body is on FIRE! I used to sleep through the night, now I wake up 2-3 times from becoming overheated. I am waiting out the 30 days then I am going to exchange this at MattressFirm for a BeautyRest. In my opinion they have much better cooling technology. Stay away from this mattress if you at all are sensitive to your own body heat.
