My husband and I decided to buy a tempurpedic 12 years ago and all I can say is WOW, it has been lifechanging. It took a little getting used to at first and the bed did have an odd smell but eventually that wore off and I have not had a night of backpain now in almost 12 years! There are so many benefits to owning one of these mattresses. The mattresses are made to last an extremely long time, unlike regular mattress where you generally need to replace them after 10 years. And, because they are form fitted to your area, you aren't interrupted at night when your partner moves or gets out of bed. Whenever we leave to visit somewhere, our first comment is always how much we want to get back to our tempurpedic :). I am so grateful to have found this lifesaving product and encourage anyone to make an investment into a healthy, pain free night of rest!

Took some time getting use to from a traditional spring mattress but after a month or so it was perfectly fine. Would've given 5 stars but one of my only complaints is the lack of removable cover to be able to wash it.

I've never paid close to this much for a mattress before, but upon reflecting that we spend a third of our life sleeping I decided to splurge (I bought the Adapt Medium Hybrid). The very first night I slept on it I thought it was a bit too firm for me, but now after a month it feels perfect. This mattress just feels so luxurious and comfortable that I now look forward to going to bed! I was advised to buy a mattress protector and would highly recommend one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was super skeptical of this bed. I never thought a bed could truly make a difference in my sleep quality but Omg. The first time I laid in it, the bed formed to me like a glove. Like a nice hug and gentle cuddle. It was love at first nap.

The bed seems similar to the one we replaced. We had a Tempur-pedic Classic. The deliver went pretty well. However, if you are replacing an old bed, the delivery people should make sure the frame fits the new bed correctly. It does tend to be warm. However, it is not too warm. I just use less covers. It seems comfortable and I can only hope that it does not start sinking like the old one did. The new 10 year warranty is half of what the old ones had. The pillows we got are very nice. The down one is not hard like some of the other memory foam ones are. The cooling one seems to work well for my better half. She seems to like it. Only time will tell. As to warranty, the tags should have been placed either at the foot or on the side. To have to look at information at the head of the bed seems strange. Also, the corners of the foundation say to remove them. However, the delivery people did not remove them.

I purchased this mattress with the two free "ADAPT PRO MID COOLING PILLOWS," which also perform equally well. If you get this mattress, it's a no brainer,,, then you MUST also get the matching technology pillows !!! I got mine free also with a free mattress pad. Why sleep on your old flat worn out pillow? I usually flip mine over if I wake up to feel that fresh coolness every time. If you have been having trouble sleeping on a worn out mattress then this one is for you. A medium firmness is good enough for just about everybody. I am a side sleeper and this product works great for me. Settle in and fall asleep instantly. I have been sleeping on mine three weeks now and I feel my Money was well spent. Z z z z z z z z z z z z z z z z.

We tried several models and firmness ratings before settling on the Adapt Medium. It is as completely comfortable as our original and we are sure we will have many years of great sleep on our new mattress. Once you have experienced the comfort of Tempur-pedic, no other mattress will do.

I've only had the mattress for about 4 days now and I'm already noticing the difference in my back pain, I honestly can say that this is the best mattress I've ever had in my life. I don't know why I waited so long. I love the feel of the mattress and the cool to the touch feel of it. I will be a long time loyal customer and a happy one at that.

I was so excited about our new mattress! I was told it would take a few months to break in and my back to not hurt in the morning. Well it's been over six months and both my husband and I have terrible lower back pain when we get up every morning and it's getting worse! I wake up after about 6 hours of sleep because my back hurts and I can't fall back asleep. Without increasing my pain medications, I am limited to less then 8 hours of sleep on my new mattress, the whole point of getting a new mattress was to help my back pain and not need to take medication! What a waste of money we haven't even paid yet since we financed through a furniture company we are stuck paying for it and will probably have to start sleeping on our 20 year old Sealy postur-pedic again.

I celebrated my retirement by splurging on a Adapt Medium. I had gotten my money's worth out of my old foam mattress and it was time for a change, but this time I was going to do it right. I got an education about mattresses from our locally-owned Mattress Firm in Albuquerque and tried out just about every bed in the store. When I met the Adapt Medium, it was love at first sight and after the friendly salesman introduced me to the Ergo Smart Base, the deal was sealed. Sure, there was a little ticket shock at first, but you get what you pay for in this world and the time we spend sleeping is pretty significant, so why not get one of the best beds made? The company sent two young men to take away my old bed and set up the new one. They were in and out like a flash, but not before they showed me how the base works and answered all my questions. It's been a week now since I bought my Adapt mattress and I love it! Not only do I wake up in the morning feeling bright-eyed, but those aches and pains I've been accustomed to lately have all but disappeared.
