This mattress has enabled me and my wife to sleep so soundly and comfortably that we rarely wake up unless we need to go to the bathroom. My brother-Law and his wife bought one and invited us over to look at theirs. We lay down on theirs and it was so comfortable and just like laying on layer of clouds with no humps or bumps, just perfectly flat. We were so amazed with the feel of the mattress we went the very next day and purchased one for ourselves! I know we will never regret it. There is nothing that We don't love about our mattress! I just praise the Lord that we were able to afford one so good.

Shortly after using awhile it developed a sag in the middle. Then tring to make a warrenty claim using the provided pictures to take an send in,they keep asking for more an more. I don't think they are really interested in the claim . 3rd time sending pics an it's always different from the the one they provided.

So far I really like this bed. My hip flexors no longer hurt. No pressure on different parts of the body make for great sleep. It hasn't been the 90 days that is recommended but so far I'm loving the bed. Only negative is I read you can't use a heated blanket. I really miss that now that the weather is changing.

Finally found that hard to get balance between support and comfort. I bought directly from Tempurpedic on their website, the customer service is not 5 star like the product, in fact it's not even a 1 star. It's too bad because the product is really great.

Pro: What I love about the product is the motion free aspect. I am a light sleeper and I never feel my partner roll over which I never experienced with a regular mattress. Expensive but worth every penny so far. Hybrid Temp goes easy on my aches and pains. I have the adjustable base and it makes a big difference in my acid reflux and also my hip pain. Zero gravity is a little difficult to sleep that way, but I tend to put it on 30 minutes before I get out of bed. Helps with back and hip issues.
