Mattress is too stiff and doesn't conform to the bends in the adjustable base. Hopefully with time it will loosen up some more but hasn't so far. Comfort level is OK, but I could stand it to be a bit softer. Won't recommend but it could be fine for others.

I have a queen-medium firmness, and it supports my lower back and curves just enough without letting them sink to deep. It truly does form to your body in all the right way, without feeling any other sleepers in the bed. Even when my 100lb dog jumps in at night, I don't feel it.

My husband started complaining about his back hurting, so then we decided to buy a new mattress. We've always liked the memory foam type of bed, so I looked at various options, but theTempurpedic was by far the best in terms of adjusting and hugging/supporting the body perfectly. After the first night sleeping on it, my husband and I noticed how much better our backs felt and my other various aches and joint pains were better too. Also, I sometimes wake up in the middle of the night and I noticed I have consistently been sleeping soundly all through the night. I wish we had bought this sooner! The only thing I noticed is that it does make you a little warmer, which is a plus for me, but if you have this an issue with that, get the cooling mattress cover.

My husband and I decided to buy a tempurpedic 12 years ago and all I can say is WOW, it has been lifechanging. It took a little getting used to at first and the bed did have an odd smell but eventually that wore off and I have not had a night of backpain now in almost 12 years! There are so many benefits to owning one of these mattresses. The mattresses are made to last an extremely long time, unlike regular mattress where you generally need to replace them after 10 years. And, because they are form fitted to your area, you aren't interrupted at night when your partner moves or gets out of bed. Whenever we leave to visit somewhere, our first comment is always how much we want to get back to our tempurpedic :). I am so grateful to have found this lifesaving product and encourage anyone to make an investment into a healthy, pain free night of rest!

I have to say, this is the strangest mattress I've ever slept on. It feels like a concrete slab at first touch, but somehow the concrete turns to butter the second you lay on it. The foam forms to every part of me that touches it, from my shoulders, to my hips, to my ankles, and warms quickly, creating a sensation unlike any other I've ever experienced. I used to wake up sore almost every morning on my old mattress (which was a foam hybrid, too, but not the right foam hybrid), but that's not something I've experienced with my new Tempur-Pedic. I keep thinking I should, but I don't. This mattress is expensive, but after sleeping on it a bit, I can see why, and I'm glad I spent the money. Without trying to sound hyperbolic, I can honestly say I've rarely been as comfortable on a mattress as I've been on this one, and once I get used to it and stop waking up to freak out about how awesome it is, I think I'll probably start sleeping a lot better, too.

This is our second tempurpedic mattress and we LOVE it, the improvements are noticeable. My husband has finally found relief to his joint pain from his cancer treatments and the Ease base adds so much more to getting in the right position for a great nights sleep! Worth every penny!

I was amazed at how much better my back and shoulders feel after spending time sleeping or just relaxing in my Tempurpedic bed. This mattress and adjustable base has done a lot to alleviate my morning stiff back, neck and shoulders. I should have bought one of these years ago! Thank you Tempurpedic!

We have purchased several mattresses over the last 13 years trying to find the best one for us. We have tried the popular air adjustable bed, ones with hybrid latex, ones with memory foam and even the bed with water calibrators. I wish we found Tempurpedic first. We have slept so good every night since night 1. There was no "break-in" period. We actually GET SLEEP now. No tossing and turning. No aches and pains. Just sound healthy sleep.

I had purchased the Tempur-Cloud model back in 2013, and most recently the Tempur-Adapt Medium firmness mattress (queen size). Since my initial purchase in 2013 I can no longer look at other beds as purchasing options. What I love about this mattress is that I am guaranteed a great night sleep. It has the perfect firmness. After a long day of work, I look forward towards relaxing on my Tempur-Adapt to read or watch a bit of TV before hitting the hay. What I hate about it, is that I've become spoiled. When I travel to see my parents or siblings for a weekend, the quality of sleep and comfort does not compare to my mattress. When asked to recommend mattresses to friends and family, I always recommend Tempurpedic. IT IS WORTH EVERY PENNY!

The medium is still quite firm but I've gotten used to it and I love sleeping in the bed. I also purchased the adjustable frame and now go to sleep every night in zero g with the massager on as I fall asleep. It is like being rocked to sleep on a cloud. Now the only thing they need to do is make this version with the soft model so you don't have to go up to the adapt pro to get a softer mattress.
