Just purchased our first Tempur-Pedic bed. Upon entering, every sales associate greeted us. Vince took us to four different mattresses, explaining all with expertise. I did not feel pressured, rather I felt like a guest whose needs were trying to be met with professionalism and accuracy. From there Vince showed us several pillow styles until we found the one that best matched our mattress selection. Finally, Vince turned into Al Buddy as he patiently helped me find a pair of slippers that were both cute and comfortable. Finally, the manager Paul helped with finalizing the transaction, both ensuring that everything was correct and that we were highly satisfied before leaving. I'm very excited to try our new bed but based on the store experience I feel confident we will sleep very well! As for customer service, Vince knocked it out of the park! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased this mattress after sleeping on a cheap competitor mattress for over 10 years. The medium is still quite firm but I've gotten used to it and I love sleeping in the bed. I also purchased the adjustable frame and now go to sleep every night in zero g with the massager on as I fall asleep. It is like being rocked to sleep on a cloud. Now the only thing they need to do is make this version with the soft model so you don't have to go up to the adapt pro to get a softer mattress.

I should have consulted with a representative instead of just ordering on line. I ordered a twin bed to fit the space. Well, I can't roll around. But ultimately with my physical limitations I find it difficult to move around anyway, so I expect that ultimately flat on my back will be my best position.

It has just the right ampunt of firmness for people 170 lbs to 200 lbs. You sink in but not too overwhelming only to have a floating feeling with somewhat support. It is good for all positions , back , side , stomach sleepers. That's why it was exactly right amount of firmness, you don't sink in so much but it doesn't feel as hard surface. The Best for back sleepers. No more back pain and strained feeling. Feels cool but not too cool. I don't like very cool feeling so no problem for me, some may find it warmer side than Breeze models. Movement isolation is great. Regaining shape after pressure is faster and feels quality memory foam like. Side supports are good but not exceptional but good thing it gets back to shape very quickly and supportive even it sinks from the sides so no worries about falling out from sides.

My husband and I decided to buy a tempurpedic 12 years ago and all I can say is WOW, it has been lifechanging. It took a little getting used to at first and the bed did have an odd smell but eventually that wore off and I have not had a night of backpain now in almost 12 years! There are so many benefits to owning one of these mattresses. The mattresses are made to last an extremely long time, unlike regular mattress where you generally need to replace them after 10 years. And, because they are form fitted to your area, you aren't interrupted at night when your partner moves or gets out of bed. Whenever we leave to visit somewhere, our first comment is always how much we want to get back to our tempurpedic :). I am so grateful to have found this lifesaving product and encourage anyone to make an investment into a healthy, pain free night of rest!

The mattress has allowed for me to get a good night's rest. The bed still gives you the firmness that you would get from a mattress while still enjoying the softness of the mattress. I still need to get the reclinable base and with that I'll be on my way to blissful sleep in 2023.

The first night on this bed was great compared to my last mattress; I hardly tossed and turned at all according to my Fitbit sleep tracker. Over the weeks, I have awakened to back pain still (in PT for sciatica and piriformis pain) depending on how I have the bed tilted at the head or feet on the adjustable platform. I KNOW the mattress is still new and needs to be broken in, but how long does that take? And I feel as though my side of the bed is sinking faster than my partner's (I weigh a little more than he does) and so maybe that's why I'm not getting the best sleep. I even added memory pillows to accompany the sleep experience (which has helped with neck and shoulder pain) but I am still not having the most comfortable rest. I do workout so maybe it's muscle pain and fatigue that doesn't help, but I though the Tempur-Pedic is supposed to help alleviate this type of pain? Finger's crossed, it gets better over the months. PS I did a stay at a hotel recently and had the worst sleep (or lack thereof) tat I could remember! My body was definitely missing my Tempur-Pedic!

So far I really like this bed. My hip flexors no longer hurt. No pressure on different parts of the body make for great sleep. It hasn't been the 90 days that is recommended but so far I'm loving the bed. Only negative is I read you can't use a heated blanket. I really miss that now that the weather is changing.

Having been searching for a really supportive and comfortable mattress for many years, I lucked upon a store that had a huge variety and Tempur-pedic was one selection. It was the first time my body could relax and still move without feeling like I was wrestling with the bed and the covers. My sleep has improved and that's the bottom line I'd been seeking!

I thought this mattress was going to a lot softer. My wife and I would get sore hips from our old mattress and we thought this would be different. The mattress in the store felt great but it was in the showroom for years. How many years do I have to wait before it breaks in?
