We went out and purchased 3 more boxes because the diapers are leak-proof and comfortable. There's no irritation from wearing, and they are easy to put on. They are pull on and to take them off You just pull the tab on each side and they come off. They seem like they are a bigger than the regular sized diapers, but they also adjust to your baby. We haven't had any leaks yet and they are great overnight diapers.
